I really don’t do this because every place has its bad days but after reading other reviews I wanted to share my experience.A young lady with red and black hair helped me today. No issues ordering and after I paid and got my drink she asked me to wait out front. She said it would be two minutes and SHE would be bringing out my order. Roughly 10-12 minutes later I’m sitting in the hot car with my two kids waiting for this food so we can go home. Nothing. So I go inside and I explain the situation and the same girl who helped take my order could hear me talking to her associates but she was obviously just leaving her shift and could care less. They told me they didn’t get a receipt to bring out my food so they didn’t even know I was out there. A gentlemen at the front says he’ll bring my food out so I go back to wait. After a few more minutes I thought “this is ridiculous” and I unpack my two kids and bring them inside and my food is SITTING ON THE COUNTER. Just sitting there. Like holy. Bring it home. And it’s wrong. End of rant. KFC is KFC but this is just poor management and communication AND I also feel the staff lack the capacity to work this job.
Typical gong show even after the reno. Ordered a 2 can share bucket online, got to the restaurant and finally after 10 min had passed finally got someone's attention. Turns out they hadn't checked the online orders, then proceeded to rush like a possessed person to fill the order. What I got looked like it had been punted through the uprights.
Unfortunately ,these Fillipina ladies seems to have a problem understanding English, since my order was screwed up last 2 times I've been there. Last time, when I came back to let them know that my coleslaw was missing, they were not willing to do anything to make up for their mistake. It is a really convenient location for me but I am reluctant to come back.
After ordering on the KFC app I still had to wait to receive my food, even though I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru and no customers were inside. Once I did receive my food it was cold and not a pleasant meal. My poutine had cold fries and the gravy wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. My small popcorn chicken was 7 pieces of popcorn chicken. My sandwich basically consisted of a cold stale piece of chicken that seemed like it was sitting out for hours. The sandwich itself was full of mayo, both the bottom and top had mayo on it. I could not finish it as it did not taste right. I threw it out after 2 bites.
Ordered through the drive through and waited over half an hour for 2 sandwiches a wrap and fries. Went inside and got my money back. Drove across the parking lot to McDonalds and got my order in 5 minutes…
Don't waste your time hereBy far the worst KFC experience I've had, took over 10 minutes to place an order with only 1 prison infront of me in queue, the food we received was wrong and missing several items. We didn't bother going back to ask for these as we knew it would take 5+ minutes of waiting just to get what we should've gotten in the first place.Train your staff, it looked like they were all just running around like headless chickens, one of them just kept pacing back and forward doing nothing whilst people were waiting for them to take their order.
Absolutely nasty , got a bucket of half cooked , soggy , dripping grease chicken . Threw it in the garbage . Even the fries looked and tasted half cooked . Goodbye KFC , never again !!!!!
Went through the drive thru and ordered the 10 tenders for 10 dollars, times 2. They told us it would be an 8 minute wait. 15 minutes later we went in to ask for the food. They told us it was coming.Another 20 minutes later we finally got the chicken tenders. Got them home. They aren't even cooked fresh!This is bullcrap.
Waited half hour for my food inside and watched everyone get their food ahead of me and then had to ask for a refund instead of waiting 30 minutes longer for them to remake my order
Every two years I go to KFC so that I don’t go to KFC anymore. Thank god it was as expected this time.Seems they microwaved an old piece of chicken for the sandwich. But she said they did not. Probably it was under the lamp for sometime (more than the book standard) I won’t order sandwich anymore. Something is going on with it. Maybe pieces maybe. Gravvy is like flour mixed with water.See you KFC in 2026 again!
