Not happy. Coupon not saying online only but at participating locations. So I was forced to download and install the app. Make an account and then pay for it there. Allergy to eggs so after I paid. I went back to the front and made sure no mayonnaise....then paid for a drink separately as the app is hard to navigate and soda, drink and pop could not be found.Staff were good and understood the issues.Lastly I stood there for like 3 minutes waiting for the pin enter mode to finish..pulled the card and then the transaction was complete...not good ui for the public

Chicken tasted like old reheated chicken the inside is like sweating with the smell of something i cant explain like old chicken that's been left on the table for a couple of days and gravy have clumps in it too. I only ate a piece and threw it away.
Very greasy…. Poor quality. Given this place a few tries and every time soggy greasy chicken that gives you gut rot if you eat it. Avoid this business if you don’t like really greasy chicken. Money wasted. Last time eating from this location.

Placed an online order for pickup, I was there on time to pick it up, took over 25 mins past the pickup time until my order was ready, constantly being told over & over '5 more minutes, 5 more minutes'. They forgot part of my order had I not checked I would have gotten home missing items plus the fries were cold ?Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, definitely not going back there myself, very poor & extremely slow service.
The food was disgusting and the gravy was runny and watery. I complained but all they gave me was a coupon for a small popcorn chicken. I called the store today and asked for a refund and the lady said we could only have a refund if we brought in the food. We had already thrown it out so she said we could speak to her manager only for it to beep and then hang up. I’ll never order from here again.
There’s ALWAYS missing items from my orders ALWAYS. Apparently It’s okay if you pay for your food and they don’t give you exactly what you ordered, but if you’re $0.01 short on your order they’ll chase you to the moon for it. NEVER ordering from ThievesFC ever again.
It's KFC. They did a good job on the food, exactly what I ordered. Fries could've been crispier, but once again, fast food. Overall the team was friendly on the front end, restaurant was clean (including bathrooms), and food was what I was looking for. If you are hankering Kentucky fried chicken, this location does well.
