Seriously? Are you training your people to NOT put straws in the bag? 3rd time in a row ... oh and thanks for forgetting my gravy. I'm pleased another KFC opened reasonably close.. theyre getting my business now!
Ordered JUST a large order of corn from KFC. In the past I have had the corn (at other locations) and it is buttery, has dill on it and the kernals are plump, crisp and sweet. I got home and opened it to find no butter, no dill and just shriveled up some even to the point one might call them brown and chewy corn. DISGUSTING!!I don't actually know how much it was because I also ordered two soft tacos from the Bell, I think they were roughly $3 each. So the virtually in edible corn was over $6.Would not recommend this location ever!!
Can I give this franchise a -5?We had to *pay* for water in a cup. My daughter's popcorn chicken (which is already small as it is) came half empty and slathered in sauce (pic of the saucy bag attached). My kids are messy enough as it is - like I need a popcorn chicken cup covered in sauce to top it off. Pretty sure the fries were also older than my grandmother's couchside lamps.That was the last straw for us. My family will no longer be supporting this establishment and neither will our friends in the area. I could've spent that $50 on a Lottomax ticket. I would've had better odds winning than I would have getting a decent meal from this KFC.
My husband went to the Creekside location at 7pm tonight. He had coupons for $7.49 for the chicken sandwich combo. They told him the price had increased to $9.99. He also ordered the $5.00 popcorn chicken, chicken nuggets, fries and a salad. And lastly, he ordered poutine and a side of two chicken wings. He only paid $7.49 but only got the sandwich and a drink. No fries. The popcorn chicken, he ordered cole slaw cause they had no macaroni salad. They did not put the Cole slaw in. The two chicken wings were 2 little drums. When he told them he was only paying the $7.49 the customers behind him cheered saying these guys ripped them off too! Do not go to this location! We should have learned sooner!
Sometimes the staff are decent sometimes they’re rude. Haven’t had much trouble with my order though over the years so can’t complain too much I guess. I have had items forgotten a handful of times. Definitely double check your order! The food is “ok” and my “Thank You’s” have been ignored on multiple occasions so there’s that lol
First time experience at this location and never again. A heavy built Caucasian lady, kind of manly looking, with a buzz cut hair on the side working at the drive thru has an big attitude problem. Very rude, doesn't know how to talk to customers nicely and doesn't know what a smile is. As well I didn't even get a hi at the window or a thank you, have a goodnight or even a bye when leaving. She seemed to be very annoyed and snobby while working and talking to customers. If you don't like your job, QUIT! KFC please re-train your staff on some common sense/courtesy regarding being polite, respectful, well mannered and what the customer needs. Received my burger and it was very old, dry and hard. It felt like I was eating rocks. Disgusting.
MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THIS LOCATION. Lots of workers fooling around in the back, but no one seems to pay attention to what they are doing. Every time I come to this KFC, they mess up my order. One time they forgot to include a side that I’d ordered. Another time, they charged me for a poutine I did not order. Management really needs to improve quality control.
I got a chicken sandwich today, it tasted like fish! The taste of the sandwich was awful !!!! I do not know if they did not change the gloves when making the sandwich properly or they fried them in fish oil! I'm nauseous from noon until now! Please take care!
RAW CHICKEN!!!!! This place has gone to the $#!+ers. Gets my order wrong every single time. Raw under cooked chicken strips?!!!!! I'm calling AHS to investigate this place. Management needs to wake up or get fired at this location. Absolutely disgusting.
One of the fat white lady was rude when I drove through this morning. I don't have the updated cupon and they said can offer me one, however, when I drove to the window, she asked me to drive around one more time to order, isn't it stupid?! I can pay by the window, but I need to drive one more time to order, what if the customer in emergency? Totally didn't bring her brain to work.
