Great for when you get a late night bubble tea craving. The food is decent, definitely recommend the deep fried options like fries and chicken. The Korean hot dog was disappointing but not expensive, definitely go elsewhere for that. For bubble tea, they use fresh fruits and have some nice flavor combinations. It just sometimes takes a long while for the staff to keep up with demand.
If you love the Honeydew Melona bars like I do, than you will definitely enjoy the Green Melon ? Whip from JusFruit, cause I definitely did! ?? However if you prefer something more light, tangy and refreshing, check out the Mango series.

Great location between several restaurants so you can come over and get your dessert fix after your heavy meal. They have wide variety of dessert and snack menu. They are popular with their fruit smoothies, but also offers crepe cakes, milk tea, shaved ice dessert and other sweet beverages. We ordered the Matcha White Rabbit Bingsu (shaved ice) and it’s good for 2-3 person. It comes with tapioca, a piece of cheesecake, red bean and the matcha sauce was mixed with the shaved ice, unlike other bingsu where they just put the cream/sauce on top of a regular shaved ice. There are a few tables inside, as well as a couple of patio tables outside. Parking was a bit tough on Kensington rush hour, so plan ahead!
Always super tasty drinks and egg sandwiches. Crepe cakes look great too but havent been able to try them yet. Peach strawberry with popping peach pearls is my go to, but as they were out of peach, i tried strawberry mango and its sweet and tropical yumminess.
We got the Viva (peach, passionfruit & lychee) and Mango Supreme with 25% sugar via delivery. They were both super delicious and filling!
We ordered a tiramisu and a Korean shred ice. They both look very good but could've been more tasty
-Love this place! The staff are very sweet and friendly.-The dine in area is super cute whether it’s inside or outside.-I’ve had my order messed up a few times, and they even missed a whole drink one time, but once I brought it up they quickly apologized and fixed it. :)
Stopped here for a drink this evening. Nice to see a place open late on a Sunday.The woman working at the counter seemed absolutely miserable. I asked her to clarify the difference between 2 similar drinks and she seemed annoyed/initially didn't explain it just mumbled and then when I told her I was confused she actually spent the 30 seconds to explain it to me. She did not ask me about any of the drink customizations like they regularly would (how much ice, how much sugar etc) and had already rang through everything and passed me the debit terminal.Place was busy so I waited a while for my drink. When I got it, the top inch of my small sized drink was empty. The drink tasted way too sweet. TheWill go to many other places before I come back here. Which is a shame because it's the bubble tea shop in my area but next time I'll make the trip all the way downtown to go somewhere else instead.
Unique kinda ice cream. Love their Strawberry Mochi Bingsu (ice cream) and definitely trying the mango one soon. JUS MOCHI BINGSU is enough for 2-3 people.Smoothies are yummy as well. Tried jus Mango smoothie with coconut milk, it was amazing.
