I ordered a liquid gold, and it was just that. So delicious. The service wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good. The ladies looked like they hated their job, and they weren’t pleased to have to serve me and the other customer. A smile goes a long way! I’d still go back because the juice was delicious.\\n\\nOne thing to consider is how stressful flying can be for some people and how that stress makes them act out. I bet these ladies get treated poorly often. While that doesn’t make my experience any better, maybe they had a jerk customer right before me, and they hadn’t shaken it off yet.
Very bad and the way they mesure ice don’t make sense. Also smoothie was mid.
I had a very bad experience at this Jugo Juice’s branch today. Looking st precious comments, this is by no means an isolated incident. The service, as it stands is not good.\\n\\nI was browsing through the menu for a drink of my choice that didn’t have dairy. I asked for an order and to take out whey protein from it because I cannot have dairy products - its a food intolerance. I told them this means that I can’t have frozen yogurt and whey protein.\\n\\nAfter I paid and they made the drink, I checked that it doesn’t have whey protein. They had made the mistake of putting whey protein and refused to change it for me.\\n\\nI told them this means I have to dump this drink in the garbage and they shrugged. Let me explain that I was their only customer at the time.
If there was an option to leave ratings in minus then I would do that, not for the food but the staff. They’re ignorant, rude and disrespectful. I bought a roll, paid for it, waited for 15 minutes and the lady told me I hadn’t paid and that it wasn’t my order. They need to be awake while doing their jobs. Overall, I would avoid this place forever.
If there was any lower possible star, i ‘d give this branch! Something is wrong with their staff at this branch \\u0026 ironmills! I told them to add yogurt scoop at the order counter like the smoothie in picture but they did not !!! \\u0026 i had to fight to to add it when i saw it at pick up counter!! Same problem at each of these locations!!! Only the one located at arrival section of YYC Airport prepared the smoothie very well!! The guy at iron mills kept arguing for the extra charge of yogurt add on which was not the problem to begin with!! When i clearly told him that i want the smoothie that way regardless of the price!!! Seems like they want to save the yogurt for take home!!! Strange and pathetic customer service!

This Jugo Juice was just recently re opened after being renovated. It is located right next to the arrival area for Westjet.It is spotless now and the smoothies are fresh and delicious. The Banana Berry drink is great!The staff seem to be a bit shy but kind.Sometimes there is love music being played on a little stage right next to this shop so it is a nice ambiance.If you are waiting to pick someone up, don't stress yourself. Just grab a drink here and chill out.
