Excellence customer service! So often I have arrived few minutes after the store closed. The employees still let me in and make my favourite Max Veg juice. Highly recommend this location.
The last few times I have come around, tho google says they don’t close till 7pm, both times around 6pm and they’ve been closed. How am I suppose to use the coupons they gave me for their location ONLY if they aren’t adhering to their own business hours. I’m going to try one more time today since these coupons expire Dec 31 and I won’t be back up on that area till next year.I understand life happens, emergencies happen but closing at 6pm, repeatedly, without notifying your community is bad for business.
It's been over two weeks since I was there last and I have yet to receive a call from the manager, as I was promised, to resolve an issue of being over charged. My name and number were written on the receipt in qiestion. The only staff onsite was very new, and very nice, but clearly lacked training from those who are in charge,as she wasn't sure how to refund me for the overage..This, in addition to the fact that my drink had to be remade — twice! — because I found bits of plastic in it.
This location has high turnover and the staff have no training.Ordered two combos and the staff couldn’t figure how to apply the advertised discounts.The staff added so much juice to the smoothies that each made approximately 1.5x the volume. The extra not even being offered to the customers.
The smoothie I ordered was underwhelming and slightly sour compared to the same smoothie I usually get from other locations. This was the first time I had been to this location in years, and the first time i’ve ordered food from it, it was horrible. My “bacon avocado” grilled cheese was cold and burnt. The avocado was brown and mushy, the kale was withered , the cheese was hard and stale and not melted, and the 1 piece of bacon was undercooked and flimsy. I had also ordered a fruit platter, the fruit was terribly sour and mushy. The “turkey cranberry”melt was more pesto and stale bread than anything, and was not one bit enjoyable. Not only was the food EXTREMELY overpriced, but extremely gross as well. I just hope the fruit in my smoothie wasn’t moldy. I can surely say that I will not be returning to this location.
I always wondered why this place was so empty and then I ordered a veggie wrap that contained more mold than veggies.I noticed there were some summer salads on display for 20 percent off and the strawberries looked moldy as well, that probably should've clued me in before I bought the wrap.Now I'm a little nervous about my smoothie as well.Just a little warning to prospective customers.I don't think I'll be back again.

Poor service & the smoothies were made incorrectly. The lady working didn't seem to know anything about the menu. Will be going to Booster Juice from now on
