I’ve done eat in and take out. Both are great.I like to call out a restaurant that does outstanding take out. Tonight I took a chance and ordered the baked cod. They put the sauce separate so I could warm it up once it was here and pour it over the fish, preventing it all getting mushy and over cooked!It was AMAZING. The rice was perfect and crispy the fish was perfect, the Thai peanut sauce was delicious.Everything we ordered tonight was amazing and we ate it all.We’ve been ordering from them all through the pandemic and it literally only gets better each time.Well done!
My husband and I held a baby celebration event in the private dining room during the evening. The Guest Services Managers Kendal and Skyler did a spectacular job by helping us with the budgeting, menu selection and design plus offering complimentary drinks for the group. We were greeted with balloon decorations, nice tulips and a card. The waitresses and waiters were so polite and the service was absolutely phenomenal?. The food was great as well! My husband and I will be back again when hosting future small dinners.
Joey in Crowfoot always is our first choice of restaurants when my husband and I want to have a special dinner. Beside it being close to home, we had a tremendously special experience a while ago that secured our loyalty to this restaurant. Last night we decided on the spur of the moment to have a date night again and we just drove to Joey’s without even discussing it.The salmon I ordered was fantastic! I can rave about it forever!But it was when our server, Mel, started to chat with us and we told her how amazing an experience we had previously, and why we came back, that things changed.Before we knew it, Mel showed up with a glass of champagne each, and she took care of the dessert. Then manager, Cam, came over to meet us and made us feel very welcome and special.Just as we were getting ready to leave another lady (sorry I forgot her name) handed me flowers.To have had a similar experience before is one thing, but to have it recreated a second time blew me away and I left the restaurant with a bug hug from Mel and tears streaming down my cheeks.There was no reason for them to treat us so special, they did not have a mishap, we were not unhappy, to the contrary!They were just amazing, kind people, making us feel very special!Thank you Joey Crowfoot for again, making date night so memorable!
I've had many great experiences but today's lunch was very disappointing. I received a poorly cooked meal, I ate some of my sides while waiting for the quality check. I was offered a new one to replace it which I accepted, waited the 15 minutes for fresh plate well my friend finished her meal. We then ordered a second drink waiting for my meal and then for me to eat. I found it odd that not even one drink was offered or any discount for the error and delay. I guess things have changed in the hospitality industry ?
Joey’s is casual upscale dining perfect for all occasions. Loved the dark stone and wood interiors. It’s good to have multiple friendly servers bringing out dishes but not when they lack attention to basic needs like supplying us with cutlery or keeping water and beverages coming until requested. Their food is excellent tho, and my ahi blt was da bomb (tip: get the bacon on the side and separate the onion rings for finger snacks), and their sliders and poke bowls get an A on presentation. Definitely a dining gem in Crowfoot square if they can refine their service a bit to the aforementioned notes.
I love this place but the last time I went there with a friend we had to wait half an hour for our server (and my drink!) and eventually we had to ask someone to call them. We had limited time so we had to order appetizers instead of the meal we initially wanted. The worst part is we had to pay 18 percent gratuity for this service! The food is always good though.
Have been coming here since 2019 and pandemic or not, they’ve always impressed. The service is always great no matter the time or how busy they are and the food is delicious. The staff is very attentive and made it so easy to have an outing out with our young kids. Tried their Ahi Tuna Club and the Baja fish tacos today. Both dishes were excellent and met expectations.
We have ordered take out here often over the last few years & it’s not as good as it used to be. We specifically asked them on the phone to “not burn the mini burgers” as it’s happened 2 or 3 times. We didn’t think we had to check our food in the car, so when we got home so were totally disappointed to find it so charred that pieces looking like charcoal were in the box & burgers were burnt. A manager offered a credit for next time big help when one of us had no dinner as it was too late to go back. SEE PHOTO. Would you eat here?
Stopped in for lunch with a friend. The place was busy and quite energetic. We both had hand-made burgers and crispy mash as a side. Burgers were amazing and the crispy mash is definitely something you want to try. Service was friendly and attentive.Great job. Really nice experience. Would recommend and visit again.
Great first Patio Day of the Season!!! The outdoor space is well done with plenty of various seating options on the sunny side of the restaurant. The food and service was excellent ?Ty…..our server was very friendly and provided heaters and even blankets to make our afternoon incredible!!!!
