Service is so bad here. Every time I've been there, the manager, she must hate her life Tobe so belligerent to customers. Servers don't ever come by the table to check up. My ramen today was lukewarm and noodles were hard. My child left his toy and I went back to get it, and again, the server, Justin, my god, he is incompetent and can't find anything when it was right before him behind the counter - he shouldn't be in the service industry! And the manager, just cold and rude as always. Oh and the table was never cleared after we were finished for at least 10minutes. I hate this place for its service and it's subpar service standard. Won't be back.
Taste was good.Chicken broth also good but a little bit blend for me. (Jinya Chicken Ramen)If they had a togarashi powder(chili powder), it would be great. I added chili oil instead but not the way I wanted to.Restaurant's Mood is good but too dark for me so easy to get your eyes tired.Service was not that bad but not that good.Price wise a little bit expensive.Overall, I will visit again in the future.
My first time trying food here but it was definitely 1 of the best ramen places in the city hands down! I tried their 'Flying Vegan Harvest', its for anyone who can handle a bit of spice, great flavors come through, while the broccoli was a bit unseasoned, the broth and seasoning sauce made up for it. The noodles were well cooked and thin making them very light to eat. The tofu was also delicious. There is no need for extra toppings as the ramen originally comes with a lot on it. Overall great food and I would definitely come back here!
I had fond memories of JINYA as a chain having visited several; unfortunately this one has some issues. Server felt more inclined to clear plates and interrupted my eating. A strange rule here prohibits serving of hot water? Yet they serve hot sake. The good: environment, gyozas we’re spot on delicious. Ordered: JINYA tonkotsu original 2010, enjoyable but unfortunately marred by not so fresh cha siu (the taste when meat starts to go bad!)
I’ve been here a couple times, I really enjoy the texture of the thin noodles. They’re not overdone or soggy. Although I wouldn’t recommend the singular cocktail that they have there. Overall, I would come back again.
We visited here for the first time. Pretty crowded for a weekday visit, very good vibes and nice ambience of the place. This place is definitely one of the good places to have ramen. We had karage chicken and chicken wonton ramen, both were delicious with lot of flavours. Service was also good and quick. Highly recommend this place, looking forward to visit again!

Ramen was good and very flavourful. The salmon taco and cone have good flavour. They presented the Salmon cone on raw rice box. There were few raw kernels in between the cone. Besides that everything was good. Service was good also.
This place is amazing! It was our first time here and it didn’t disappoint. Service was great and they have so many options for ramen and other traditional dishes! JINYA ramen definitely has a comfort kind of vibe. We got our food in a short period of time too which was great. We will definitely be back!
Not only their Ramen that tastes delish, but also their Crispy Chicken. Definitely a must-try and worth it with their price!
