The customer service was non-existent today, but the wraps are usually pretty solid.Unfortunately today, we found a hair in the beef donair... The hair is definitely not one of ours that fell into the wrap while eating, either. Completely different colour and length to either of us.
My goto donair place!The food is awesome & authentic in my opinion. So much food for the price you pay & in this economy it's rare to find. They're open pretty late too so if you get off work late you're still able to fix your craving, I'm so grateful I had to thank them for that. The menu is very diverse and delicious (although I order the same thing every time) my man usually gets the platter and it's good too. The customer service is also great. I don't think I can find anything negative to say about this place and that's a great thing! 10/10
I ordered from here a few times now. Every time the food has been delicious. First time I tried their potatoes, they are so good.We ordered delivery this time, an item was missing, when calling in the guy on the phone was very nice and polite, they had it out to us very fast .Look forward to our next meal from here!!

So delicious! We ordered the platter for 3 and it was more than enough to feed our family of 5 (2 adults 3 children). The food was fresh and flavourful and service was fast and friendly. We also tried the baklava. The pastry had the perfect flakiness and crunch and the filling just melts in your mouth.Highly recommended!
Ordered off skip, waited patiently for our donairs, and were SO DISAPPOINTED when they arrived as they were both made incorrectly. They had no sauce at all (though we ordered them and paid for EXTRA sauce). We both asked for no tomatos yet they both have huge pieces of tomatos in them.It's like they did the exact opposite of what we ordered.
Portions are huge! But I struggle with the quality of toppings. It all just looks dated- my coworker put it best. The subway of shawarmas. Nothing against subway or this establishment. But I love watching my donair Meats sliced right off the spit and refried by the chef and the bright pink color of the veges. This place does it different- but you do get your money's worth!

This place is amazing. Their food is so good, and the prices are reasonable. They have great service and are fast and convenient. I went myself and Abodanny and Salah really made me feel welcomed and treated me with care. Please go there for good food!
