This is a great Little Family owned and operated Polish Deli and Butchery, They have a great selection of Meat products, Cheeses, Breads and much more! Do yourself a favor and check this Gem out.
Excellent quality. Meat, sausages and baked goods are top notch. Love the fresh baked cheese danishes and their in store made fresh ‘bratwurst’.
We're germans who were desperately searching for good meat, homemade butchery and people who understand their craft! We went in there and just fell in love with the products and the people! That's real quality you can find here and we luckily don't have to buy the weird stuff from bigger stores anymore!I hope we'll have the pleasure with this butchery a lot more years ???

Great prices, great products. I shop weekly here and they always have some of the obscure products I want, as well as staples. I live nearby and this store is such a regional draw to people nearby. Jan’s is always my number #1 store to go to. They have fresh deli and cheeses as well as freshly cut meat on the spot and of course sour krout in a barrel

This is one of my favourite hidden gems in Calgary. From the outside, it doesn't look like much but inside the store they have everything. If you know what you're looking for, great. Otherwise ask and the staff are so kind and sweet and will be happy to help you. My kids are obsessed with the thin sausage kabanosy. They are so fresh and absolutely delicious. After trying those you will not eat commercially store bought pepperoni. The poppyseed loaf and fresh bakery is amazing. Love Jan's Deli! A little taste of Poland and my childhood.
