Service was friendly and they explained the menu items well, but the milk tea is average tasting. Some tapioca pearls in my drink were tougher than I like so it was harder to chew and larger in size so they got stuck in the straw sometimes.
Different choices nice colors and drawings on the walls love the giraffe. Drinks were good just 1 staff so to be served was a bit slow

absolutely love coming here with my friends! their soufflé pancakes are AMAZING and have some of the best milk tea!i love how creative their drinks are--especially the fruity ones and the staff is also super sweet :)
Great store with great atmosphere. The tea tastes great, and the drinks aren’t too sweet either. Would recommend!
I can’t believe they used cheap the ingredients and still charged 16$ for 2 drinks. There’s no taro in taro milk tea. Just some purple coloring or some taro favor powder. Tea with grape fruit tasted exactly like boxed VITA Lemon Tea. (It’s a compliment, if they actually make the tea by themselves)
This is my second time going there! I wasn't impressed! the first time I went it wasn't good but I tried to go again to see if maybe it was just the drink I got. This place uses very cheap ingredients , my drink was very gross. watered down and on top of that I payed for almost $8 and it wasn't even a large. staff is not nice and clearly doesn't know what they are doing. I also wasn't impressed when I got there was no one there and staff was just hanging out in the back for a while.
I got some sort of tea that tasted like coffee but fortunately it wasn't strong as the Vietnamese tea next door. I've learned to stay from coffees hell even something french vanilla, I just think it's too sweet
