Sunday supper at the IHOP, what a positive experience, from start to finish, the manager was lovely, our waitress was friendly and attentive, our food was AMAZING!! By far our best experience here to date, we look forward to our next visit, we highly recommend this family restaurant, convenient parking, food portion & quality, positive vibe and affordable.

Recently, I visited for breakfast. The service there was top notch. Amazing service, food was delicious and they were able to seat us right away. It is family friendly with kids around, but it was not distracting and was a great dining experience!

This is a total failure, we called ahead of time to find out if they had gluten free, the answer was yes. So we made our way over and ordered, waited 25 minutes for them to come and tell us that they didn’t have gluten free. I’m celiac and this would be why we phoned ahead. We only had one hour before we had to be someplace else and so this meant no supper, completely incompetent! Don’t was your time going for gluten free!

My 16-year-old daughter started her first job at this location. And from the beginning there were red flags that culminated to a most disgusting and deplorable scenero today. My daughter was being criticized by the manager Lavette about how she wasn't wearing her uniform correctly. After going to the washroom to try adjust it correctly, she returned to harassment and humiliation. The manager Lavette tugged at her shirt and got her to raise her hands up in front of the kitchen staff as she humiliated her telling her she was still wearing it wrong. As the staff laughed, My daughter cried and took privacy in the restroom. When I confronted Lavette about her behavior, she denied it all. I told her maybe she could have taken my daughter aside privately to address the uniform issue rather then using humiliation tactics.I am going to take this issue as far as I can in hopes that it doesn't happen again to some other poor child trying to break out into the working world.I am extremely disappointed that this kind of harassment still happens.

Portions small. I was so disappointed with the amount of the french fries that came as a side dish with my big beef omelet entree. Oh well cutbacks and inflation are rampant at this IHOP. Service was great for sure!

Had lemon , blueberry ricotta crepes. Had 5 sour blueberries on “olive oil” looking crepe legs. I had an egg on the side n that was the best part.

Pretty bad experience generally, eggs were over cooked and the sausages are burned. Don’t even know why they serve that. Will not come back again

Was alright. Went to try the pancakes. Had the New York Cheescake. It's 4 pancakes with strawberry syrup and whipped cream on top. I didn't notice anything cheesecake about it. The syrup is just the generic stuff like you would find in a DQ shake. The pancakes were surprisingly smaller than we thought. Taste just like homemade. Big problem was it took 45 min to get the food. Partner had similar strawberry banana pancakes. Had an 11 month old with us, who fortunately is patient. If her older brother was there, we would have made trips to Safeway, to kill time. Was only $12.79, so you get what you pay for. Very similar to Dennys or Ricky's. Wish the pancakes were bigger and tastier.

Super friendly service every time we go here.. always very under staffed though. Prices are questionable but as is every place to dine out since covid hit. Great place for a quiet dinner with the family though, much warmer service and a much nicer atmosphere compared go somewhere like the BP's down the road.

Good taste, but too greasy. The specialty are the pancakes, good coffee and delicious hot chocolate. Excellent service.
