What a surprising little gem in the Ogden area in a strip mall behind Glenmore Inn. Run by a young couple, she manages and serves the front of the house and he runs the kitchen. Unobtrusive but friendly and prompt service.A friend and I were in the area on a Saturday recently, and wanted to get lunch before our next errand. I confess that I had very low expectations because I thought it was a pub which basically served burgers, not my first choice when dining out. Also, I require gluten-free items which I didn't expect to find.On entry, the menu is displayed on a table so it was easy to check. Turns out they have gluten-free buns if I were in the mood for a burger. The menu is surprisingly extensive including breakfast with all the usual choices and then some, burgers, wraps, soup, salad, and an excellent coconut Thai curry among other items. Definitely something for all tastes including a childrens menu.We both had freshly prepared curry on coconut rice-- one with chicken and the other with shrimp. Blend of subtle flavors with a hint of heat-- delicious! I'll be back.

Went when they first opened. Great food and very friendly service

Stayed at the sub par Glenmore Inn and found this gem in the same parking lot. I can admit that based on my bias of the hotel we stayed at, I wasn't expecting big things at this eatery. My wife convinced me that an open mind can lead to wonderful things. Once again, she was right. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming. It's licensed and has a decent selection of beer. Menu is vast and I was promised a good helping of food regardless of what I selected. The menu demonstrated good variety and was but not overwhelming. There's a kids menu and breakfast all day. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Burger, Aloha Burger and the kids' grilled cheese. 100% satisfaction. Great brioche buns , food was hot and fresh. Service here was exceptional and friendly. If we ever have the misfortune of staying at the same Hotel, we'll be back to the Hungers Stop.

So I heard these guys have amazing food. My expectations were high going in. I ordered a starter of wings, and they were amazing. They were tender and had a sause like no other. Then I ordered a steak. I would usually avoid anywhere that is charging $20 for a full steak dinner, but these guys know what they are doing. So why not? I even ordered an extra steak. So two 6 ounce steaks, a truffle fries, and veggies. The food came out fast, the steaks were cooked the exact rare that I asked for, and the seasoning was soft and allowed the garlic butter to come through. This is my new favourite restaurant in Calgary. I am pretty sure that anything on the menu is going to be executed to perfection. I will be going back today.

Lovely restaurant with delicious, and very authentic food. The sauces and recipes are all made in house, and exceptionally tasty. You can't lose with anything on the menu. They do a wide variety of cuisines, and they do them all very well. What a great discovery and gem to find, being from out of town.

We have seen this restaurant for the past couple of years and because of the pandemic, never stopped or ordered from them.We have stopped twice now and are very impressed. They do have some of the standard bits, appies and such. What you really need to try are the made when ordered dishes, such as the fish and chips or daily soup designs that are to die for!!!There are daily specials like 'Taco Tuesday's'. I heard customers talking them up and ordering more.Anyway, it's a worthy place to track down and I believe that you will be pleased you did...

We had the stuffed Yorkies and they were so good we came back the next day for breakfast. The veggie breakfast bowl is delicious. This is a great hidden gem in Ogden area. Would definitely recommend, simply because the food is so delicious.

A little hole in the wall type of place. When you walk in you almost get the feeling that it’s a run down, mom and pops style, small town restaurant. Nothing special, just a place to grab grub. Then you meet the server. Friendly, kind, and attentive. What you except from a smaller restaurant. Plenty of food recommendations and I went with the Buffalo chicken sandwich with truffle fries. And this is where we see the separation between small town style eatery and elite. Food presentation equivalent to most upscale restaurants, and the taste was amazing. As someone who is on the road a lot this ranks upon the top chicken sandwiches out there. Succulent flavour, hot sauce didn’t overpower the soft crispness of the sand which. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to be surprised.

Good fresh food and good service. Hidden gem!Go support this local spot asap!

We ordered for take out tonight. The teriyaki bowl, ribs and pirogies and steak with fries and it was delicious!! 10/10. Will be eating here a lot more !!
