The staff will give you more or less food based on how much you tip. Already paying $15 for a meal. If you don't tip them your bowl will NOT be full. If you tip they will load up your bowl.This is not a restaurant I'm not being served or having it delivered to my door. Why should I tip for fast food?Only gave 2 star because the food is amazing
Portions are tiny. Even with double Tuna i had maybe a tiny handful of fish. Total ripoff. Didn't help they also ran out of rice.
Very good poke. Would like to see the option to choose your own toppings, but their selections are delicious. There's generally a line a lunch, so go early...even in these trying times!

I ordered the tuna poke with coconut rice and the Thai green curry flavor. I did not receive coconut rice nor did I receive any green curry sauce. Very disappointing. With no sauce the bowl was fairly bland, some rice, kale and tuna. Very over priced for a bowl of rice where the workers do no pay attention to what they are doing. Will not visit again.

I miss this place SO MUCH. Due to the pandemic lock down I haven't eaten here in months (gotten my fix at other Hula locations around the city) but it will be one of the things I'll look forward to when I return to the office later this month!Super speedy service and food is always fresh. The staff here really have an impressive system here, because even if the lineup is super long, they go through everyone fairly quick. I think the portion sizes are appropriate - you are paying for fresh fish and veggies on a bed of rice, comparable to other places that serve similar fare.I nearly always get tuna as my protein and coconut rice as my base, and my personal favourites are: Tiki, Bahamian and Ancho!
This place is the best! The customer service is exceptional. The restaurant made a mistake with an order (things happen - no biggie) and the owner and staff went above and beyond to rectify the mistake. Will definitely continue to order as our lunchtime fav!
