I was just sitting watching a football game eating nachos and having a couple pints on a Friday night when the contrived bar manager approached me after I had paid my Bill and told me that I was cut off because I already had 2 drinks. He repeatedly apologized for being derogatory and I didn’t quite understand what he meant until it hit me that he was kicking me out for the way that I was dressed and my watch that made me appear homeless I suppose. I wasnt offended I just informed him that I wouldn’t be returning and many other patrons who heard the conversation said the same.
This was a great lunch spot my wife had three lovely photo ready delicious tacos and me a thick delicious quesadilla with plenty of chicken. It also didn’t fall apart as I ate it like many other thick ones do. They have a nice patio here that get busy but if you go inside there’s a big bar and nice tables to sit at.

I felt we were racially targeted and they don't respect us at all .this is one of my bad experiences for racism. Drinks are good and we had fun for a while but this place can do much better.
After driving 36 hours, eating road trip snacks we really wanted to find a nice pub in Calgary to stop for a comfort meal and a cold beer.Environment was excellent. Beautiful patio space.I ordered the original burger..was given the inside out burger.. which is completely different I don’t enjoy jalapeños so I was disappointed. Picked the jalapeños off but just made it bland and falling apart. We didn’t have enough time to correct it as we’re on an itinerary. I ordered another beer while we were waiting for food and by the time we were almost finished eating .. we decided to cancel the beer. As we were waiting for the tab, the beer came so we had to chug it even though we cancelled it.First Stop in Calgary , feeling disappointed. We will find a better spot tomorrow
It was a pretty solid pub, lots of specials and choices to decide from and the dj at the time was playing some classic bangers from back in the day! Would've rated it 5 stars but every time I used the washroom some randoms would just be sitting in my booth when I got back lol.

By far one of the most fun nights I've had downtown!! The staff was so cheerful and loved having fun with us. I heavily recommend Thursday nights with the all day happy hour; fantastic prices, amazing food, and can't forget the music bingo!!! The bar manager, "Bones", provided unbelievable service!! Always cheered on our group when we were singing and let us sing a song on the DJ's microphone. He even ran a paper airplane content and I won a $25 coupon to the pub! Both servers I had were also fantastic! Overall the environment was lively but the staff is what made the experience as good as it was. Highly recommend! P.s if you get a blackout in bingo, you get your bill payed for.. shoutout to Hudson's for the free shots and dessert!
Stopped in here because we were bar hopping home from a Flames game. Such a fun environment. Drinks were cheap, service was great for how busy and late it was and the music was AWESOME. Like every song got me pumped kind of awesome. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in Calgary!
