Sleek, cool space inside an office building (2nd floor). No bars, only raised donuts but a GREAT selection of vegan and non-vegan donuts. Creme Brule donut had a fun crunch. I did not like the cream cheese filling of the churro donut at all. Very disappointing but I should have asked. Service was amazing. The gentleman was kind, patient, and you could tell has a great soul.
My family’s addicted with crème Brûlée here . They are so delicious . Great free delivery service early in the morning .
This is my favourite donut place in all #YYC I find most donuts to be overly sweet and cake-y but these are just perfect. My favourite flavour is the Churro although they're all good. The gluten-free flavours are delicious too--I especially love the GF Horchata! What really sets Hoopla apart though is the amazing customer service. It's so easy to use their online ordering system. I had a concern one time about delivery which turned out to be a non-issue but they still went above and beyond. I am so impressed by their excellent client care. This will absolutely continue to be our go-to donut place!
I'm a big fan of old fashion style and these were great. These were really fresh.Just the right amount of sweetness as some other places are overly sweet.Not the prettiest looking donut and a little pricier than most but still excellent.I will absolutely come back for more.
It’s a little hard to find this place because it is on the second floor inside the building.They sell out pretty fast, there won’t be much selection left after lunch.Delicious. Love the London fog especially
The donuts here are awesome. They are a bit pricy but it's worth it. It's not bad I guys to reward yourself once in a while. My favorite flavor is the cream brulee. The dough is so soft and the sweetness is just perfect. Highly recommend this place.

Had the vegan maple donut....soooo good! I haven't had a decent donut since going vegan, and this was delicious! My friend had the London fog and was stunned at how good it was. Would highly recommend!

Kind of a joke of an experience. I phoned the marda loop location to order 2 sufganiot donuts for hannuka, raspberry flavoured. The man on the phone stated he could not take my order because he wasn't in the shop currently - okay. I went to the live chat option on the website and the lady told me that I had to phone the store to complete this order. I told her that I did that, and they were not available to take my order. She said she would forward them the information and that my donut order was confirmed to pick up in a few days. Fast forward, the day of the order, I go to Hoopla and ask for my donuts - the staff immediately start whispering to each other, and then come up to me to tell me they don't have it. After 10 minutes of waiting for staff to call other locations, I was offered 2 sufganiot donuts from the chinook location, in a different flavour that I ordered, but I would have to go pick them up. My friend was especially coming over for hanukah that night and I placed the order well in advance, Hoopla still failed. Costumer service experience was incredibly sub par
