Drop by for lunch around 11:30 on Sunday. Stood at the doorway while staff ignored us. We were the only ones waiting at that point. Finally asked the cashier if we had to register for table with her. She said it was not her job and to talk to the staff. More time goes by while nobody acknowledges or makes eye contact with us. Ask the cashier again and she advised that we have to wave staff down. All the time, there were tables available. Though a couple of servers were friend, we seemed to be an inconvenience to most and one that literally threw down the napkins we asked for while she walked past our table. SO INCREDIBILY RUDE! So many other good Chinese restaurants in Calgay, I would recommend going anywhere else where they appreciate customers.
Arrived late in the afternoon, on a semi busy father's day. The restaurant was maybe 25% full. Was greeted right away and promptly seated.Took a while for our waitress to arrive and take our order for the hot pot.Once ordered, took another 15 minutes for our hot pot to arrive and food. (An automated robot brings the food when the waitresses are busy...see photo)The waitresses seemed very focused on the larger parties amongst the restaurant, hence, the smaller tables waited longer.(or so it seemed).A small annoyance (for my family and myself) was the customers waiting to be seated.It's very difficult to enjoy your meal when your have 20 pair of eyes staring at you. (Our seat was across from the front).Maybe a suggestion for the restaurant, add a glass partition to add privacy for the customer's who are eating.The food was delicious, portions were decent size.27.99$ each person. Not a bad experience, maybe we'll be back.
I'm a visitor from Thailand. It was my first time having hot pot in Calgary and it really exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly delicious and they had a robot waiter... WOW amazing. I love this place ❤️
This was my first ever experience with hot pot, and I was not disappointed. My husband and I came here on a double date with some friends for an experience dinner. We were pleasantly surprised at the price, 27.99pp for all you can eat dining. We were there for a little over 2 hours, and really got to try a huge variety of the menu.All the meats and veggies tasted very high quality and fresh. I was very impressed also how quick everything came out, although I shouldn't be as it's just raw ingredients, but this place was packed completely full and there was still a good amount of speed to food coming out. Being that we had never been to hotpot before, and being vocal about that to the waitstaff, I do wish they showed a little more attention on the proper techniques of hotpot, but we observed tables nearby and did what they did, and once we did that, we were better off and the dining experience really started. They have a wierd little robot that comes around too which everyone loved, it's quite an interesting little thing to see coming around!This place really is an experience, and a wonderful social dinner date. We look forward to returning again

Went for dinner. We ordered few items but is not available. So kinda of disappointed somethings are supposed on the menu were missing, so take away one star. Place is clean, servers are attentive. Tables are far apart, good for social distance.
Holy smokes! It is the best Hotpot restaurant in Calgary. Delicious food, reasonable price and nice staff! Tingting is the best waitress in here, she is very friendly and helpful. Also they have a cute robot waiter, Haha!
Felt like having hot pot and decided to try out this place today. It is now officially my boyfriend’s favorite restaurant in the city hahaha. Good food, good service, and cute robot!
5 Star and best Hot Pot in Calgary. Food is fresh and prepared good. Taste is real Chinese. Service is quick and decent. The robot server is always the fun one.
Dinner buffet was around $26 per person and broth was extra $9. Food was good and great value for the price however very disappointed with their service. Giving 3 start for food and -2 for the service. Glasses were dirty, servers and specially the front desk employee was not very welcoming and doesn’t know how to interact with customers.I do appreciate the owner for buying robots for the restaurant as they are serving better than the human employees.Also agree with other reviewers. other reviewers also mentioned service was extremely poor.
