Best place in calgary for crispy korean friend chicken. Very generous portion sizes and flavours are excellent. The lady that was behind the counter was very friendly and kind.Would definitely recommend and is my go to chicken place every time I have a fried chicken craving
Highly recommended for those who want to try authentic Korean food! I had Korean beef short ribs with class house salad with kiwi dressing sauce, and I could say that it’s the best Korean BBQ that I’ve ever tried.They served roasted green tea for free while I was waiting for the food, which was so nice! ☺️
This is my favorite Korean chicken place in Calgary. I always get the fish cake soup and fried chicken gizzard. They’re always really good! Also the LA galbi rice bowl has very generous portion and flavorful.Bona, the owner, takes care of us like a mom. She’s very genuine and energetic.
Korean fried chicken just like in Seoul. Very crispy and tasty. The sweet and spicy is amazing. Big portions. The service was excellent and the host was very friendly and welcoming. These people clearly care about quality of product and service. Highly recommend
Tastes just like the chicken places in Korea. The budaejjigae and spicy fried chicken were both really tasty and authentic. Good portions for the price too!

Wow! Their Korean Fried Chicken is amazing!!! I’d put Hankook in Top 3 K-Fried chicken in Calgary. It was flavourful, crispy, juicy, even without the sauce. I’d recommend to get a flavoured-chicken and put the sauce on the side so you can try their original chicken breading first, then their sauces. We ordered the Chili Garlic and it was good! It’s not that spicy, but more on the sweet and savoury side. We also ordered their Army Soup which has spam, sausages, tofu and kimchi. It’s a good pairing for soju and beer! Best to come after 6pm for free street parking. The owners and servers were very cheerful and always asking if you’re enjoying your meal ;) We will come back for sure!!
This is my favorite place for Korean chicken in Calgary. The service was very nice whenever I visit. Seasoned chicken and BBQ beef short ribs are surely amazing. I can possibly say here is the best chicken in Calgary. The prices are comparably fair with big enough food. Mood of Interior is cozy and clean. Will definitely be back!!!
Tried the chilli garlic and sweet and spicy (hot). Flavour was good and the take out was well packed. Found the chicken to be a bit dry for my liking tho. Started eating before I remembered to take a photo so there’s a few pieces of chicken missing from the boxes.
Quality of fried chicken is always very consistent! Not a single time was i disappointed! The flavour is superb along with its crispiness ?
