How lovely to have a beautiful café so close to our office in the Beltline. Also recently went to the new location at Eau Claire, which is stunning and vibrant as well... go check it out!
Wonderful place with a great vibe to come and work or read or just hang out with friends. The natural light is just great here and lifts your mood. I just wish they would be open for little longer as they also serve wine/beer.
Sorry to burst your bubble but I am not an employee. Nor do I know any of your staff. I was a customer and the service was truly awful. What I find sad is you as an owner jumping to conclusions. Instead of getting the fact straight.
Three of us were in building to take in a fab art exhibit on the fourth floor, and stopped in for a drink and a snack prior. Two of us had their hot chocolate and enjoyed it. It wasn't overly sweet, you could taste the actual chocolate they used, and it was the right temperature. Sometimes, hot chocolate made with water and mix is ultra hot and I don't care for it. We had their amazing cheese scone and a cookie, both were excellent. I especially loved the extra large scone, with its flaky exterior and tender interior. They have other locations now, and I would check these out if I were their vicinity.
The server with the sparkly mask could have done better, she was dismissive and ignored me the whole time while her coworker was busy helping everyone there. She made my espresso and it tasted like water, so better luck next time? Jk never going back…
Awful service and my drink was subpar, worth it to find a different cafe.

The location is great! Also the environment has a nice vibe. It would be nice if they would serve wine longer. I had a cappuccino and a delicious apple/raspberry pie. The coffee should have a different size.I recommend this place and I hope the wine will be served for happy hour soon :)
Love the coffee and the egg wraps are amazing! Wifi works great too.
Best place to be with family and friend. Services is awesome.
