Overall I was disappointed. I had visited gravity a few years ago, and enjoyed it at the time. I tried it again today and was disappointed. The staff were unable to describe what was in the meat and cheese plate, and it was served with out knives - only forks were presented. I would have expected the staff to be able to describe what is included in the meal. The wines on the menu are described without reference to their year or location. I don't think I'll return.
Fantastic espresso bar. Great and filling muffins coupled with a generous selection of fine tasting coffees. Comfortable, rustic atmosphere with lots of capacity. Parking is free before 11am and after 3pm Monday to Friday and completely free on weekends.I will be visiting here often. Highly recommended!
Three of us were in building to take in a fab art exhibit on the fourth floor, and stopped in for a drink and a snack prior. Two of us had their hot chocolate and enjoyed it. It wasn't overly sweet, you could taste the actual chocolate they used, and it was the right temperature. Sometimes, hot chocolate made with water and mix is ultra hot and I don't care for it. We had their amazing cheese scone and a cookie, both were excellent. I especially loved the extra large scone, with its flaky exterior and tender interior. They have other locations now, and I would check these out if I were their vicinity.
Waited 20 minutes for someone to come up and help me. The service was very slow and the cortado with oat milk tasted like a cappuccino. Baristas working there clearly did not know how to pour a ristretto shot.
Myself and the Switching Gear team have become regulars at gravity and we have always been met with kind smiles, great coffee and food! if you are in the neighborhood i would highly recommend stopping by :)
The carrot cake and raspberry cheesecake are very good, as well as their lattes. Enjoyed the musical performance as well. Prices are extremely good. Will visit again when I'm next in the area. Only downside is parking, but that's not on them. Staff was all friendly and attentive.
Great jazz combo, cool desserts and snacking plates. Very friendly service. Left feeling just right, like we had picked a good one this time. We'll be back. Bet on it!
I've had the pleasure enjoying a coffee here a few times over the years. Service is always great. I appreciate a small business owner that cares about the safety of their patrons. Some of the most recent negative reviews from individuals whom clearly do not live in this province, let alone this city are disappointing. Have some respect for these hardworking people who are trying to get through this whole mess. I will continue to bring myself and my entire fully vaccinated family here. Thank you!
This might be the warmest locally owned cafe in calgary. The staff here are pretty amazing, the coffee is always good and they also do live music (when they can) which is a great touch for Inglewood and the music mile. Big thanks to Andy who always has an extra moment to make sure my day is going great.
Love the Inglewood location. The coffee and snacks are great and the staff is delightful.A lovely place for a coffee break/run.
