First time at this location. Ordered 4 drinks. The employee swapped us 1 drink from someone else’s order instead. Good thing I noticed it before we left. Wasn’t offered any apology for the mistake made... I asked for 2 drinks to be in a bag and then was only given two straws. Had to wait for the employee to return just to get another 2 straws for the other two drinks. The service is not impressive. Will not be returning.
When we do go for bubble tea, 9/10 times we choose Gong Cha. They are always consistent with the taste, you always know what you’re getting compared to some other BBT.And the service is great, friendly staffs, pretty much all the locations I’ve been to. We especially frequent the Harvest Hills location since it’s close to home but when we’re out, we will visit closest to where we are, and they’re all great! Two Thumbs Up ? ?
Always a good visit! Great beverages and waffle. Always busy but they manage the rushes very well. Time management and efficiency is fantastic. Great management of the staff here. The employees have great music playing and seem to all work well together
Fast service, friendly staff. It’s so nice to see customers inside the store, sitting down and enjoying their BBT now.
this is my favourite gongcha location EVER! the drinks are to die for and the service is absolutely superb! i was pleasantly greeted by a worker named Ally who had the sweetest personality while being professional at the same time! I would 11/10 or even 100/10 recommend going to this location!

Best bubble tea I have had so far!I got a Matcha Milk Tea with Brown Sugar and boba. This item was not on the menu but the lady at the counter offered to make it for me. It was DELICIOUS!The only thing sweeter here was the lady herself.She was super friendly and made sure I liked what she made - amazing service !!!Definitely going back for more.
Am a frequent customer and enjoy their BBT. Went there today and spent $30 on snacks and drinks. We asked for a water, and they were asking for money for it. We even tipped lol
Since Gong Cha has opened up in the NW area, we have been going here not just for their great tasting Bubble Tea, but for their delicious bubble waffles.First off, their bubble tea, endless amount of flavors for every taste palette, but their traditional milk tea is my favorite. Good balance of tea and good quality cream. Second, their bubble waffle, is probably the best in the city. Buttery, smooth, not overly sweet, and delicious. Third, their service is excellent, even talking to the person in front, you can tell they are happy about their job......
Great place with friendly staff. Loved the light traffic in both the times I was there.
