Oh my sweet lord..... best pork dumpling in the city as far as I'm concerned. The staff are friendly and attentive. Delicious food. All around great experience!!!!
The salt and pepper squid was good although I hadn't expected the light batter. The remainder of the meal was equally tasty.
The ginger beef and Shanghai noodles were good. But the beef and broccoli?!? ? It was inedible. Why was the beef grey in color? And sooooo chewy we couldn't swallow one piece. Broccoli was huge chunks hard as rocks. Threw the whole thing on the garbage. Even the dishes that were good, were not worth the high price for the dishes. Super disappointing
If only I could give zero stars. Got rejected by the only waiter manning the restaurant at 9pm on a Wednesday for not having a Alberta-issued Covid-19 vaccination proof despite explaining that we’re not from Canada and has got notarized proof from our country of origin. Was very rudely chased away despite checking on official Govt site that non-Alberta records are accepted.

The food was delicious! Every single dish was fresh and piping hot and cooked to perfection. You can tell the chef has many years of experience. Kudos to the chef.It’s our go to place for great Chinese food in Chinatown. Golden Inn opens late into the early mornings. Fast, efficient for a Saturday night and with friendly service, thanks Benny! If you’re looking for a great place, come here! We had all this food plus one more dish for a table of four people. Crazy, right but so good. We’ll be back!
