I've been to this place MANY times over the last couple years and my last three visits have not been great. They may be reducing the quality of their ingredients to offset increased costs or something but I have not gotten my money's worth lately. Overly fatty cuts, sandwiches weigh a little bit less and less every time. I can deal with some fat/gristle but I shouldn't have to throw away a third of my food. Please bring the old quality and value back, guys.

Ordered online and had delivered to my place. The bread was so soggy, had to throw it the oven and remove some bread that was no longer recognizable as bread. The meat and everything else was amazing tho. Ordered again and asked to keep the bread separate, they did it up very nice for me. Definitely packaged with love. Highly recommend this place, seems like they will put in the extra effort to make the customer happy. Everything I've ordered since has been delicious.
Ordered pulled pork poutine and brisket sandwich. The pulled pork was great but that's about it. The fries were extremely salty to the point they were bitter. The pulled brisket used for the sandwich was just plain bad. It is pulled with the grain and extremely dry. A touch drier and it could pass off as jerky. 3/4 of the sandwich ended up in compost.
The brisket was awesome and very well portioned we will be coming back here again.
First time ever going here after attending SAIT multiple times. The sandwich was delicious and the chili fries were great as well. Price was pretty reasonable considering the large size you can get instead of a regular. Very friendly and polite atmosphere inside as well, will definitely be going back again
If you like good barbeque this place is for you. Very tasty with respectable portions. Quick service and reasonably priced. I'll be back for sure.

Ordered two today:Cheese steak was disappointing because there was no cheese, didn't really get any onions and just a few peppers. The meat was excellent and well flavored. The greasy bun/bag is just part of it. Lol. (CHEESE PLEASE)The brisket was excellent, well flavored, and roll was nice too. There were no problems here and recommend it.Cornbread was a nice simple add.Service was friendly and helpful. Bit junky of a kitchen, but not super off-putting.
