I went to Fuji Ramen twice this week because it was so amazing! I had the Black Fuji Tonkotsu Ramen and it was so delicious. The pork just melted in my mouth and I love that it was a full egg, not just half an egg like at some other ramen places.I went back later in the week with my kids and I love that kids are not an afterthought there. They had training chopsticks, kids utensils, fun colouring sheets and markers. The food again was delicious. The owner was so great with my kids and super accommodating! I will definitely be back again.
It's all about that "Broth"!!!. This family owned restaurant has been satisfying palates of all types since opening in an unpredictable pandemic. But the family secret, dedication, and perseverance trumped it all.The ambiance is casual flare and family orientated. Attention to detail and sense of pride is overflowing at the restaurant, which is reflected on to the food and overall dining experience!!!Fresh ingredients, creative ideas and presentation was on-point!!We started with the Fuji Onigiri. This is an absolute must try, excellent value and absolutely delicious (I could literally eat 5 of these triangle flavour bombs!. Rock n’ shrimp another well presented and well done dish. Chicken Karaage was fresh and tender. For rolls we tried the Butterfly (not pictured) and volcano roll both very fresh and delicious.You can tell the broth is a labour of love. Velvety smooth and has a complexity of flavours to complement the meat and vegetables bringing the dish together with ample amount of noodles. Not one drop was left behind.Service was fantastic, everyone was very attentive and friendly! Definitely will be a regular patron and returning to try the rest!!
Having lived in Japan for almost six years I know what Japanese food should taste like. I was very pleased with my meal here. The staff was attentive but not so much they interrupted anything. I am looking forward to my next visit.
Great service and friendly staff/owner. Order salmon sashimi, sushi, and black tonkotsu ramen. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Definitely would recommend anyone to eat here!

Great ramen spot down south! Started off with some shrimp tempura which was really nicely breaded, then tried the black tonkatsu ramen and the red tonkatsu ramen. Chashu slices were a generous size and very tender, a very nice portion of noodles and the egg was perfect. I asked for medium spice in the red and it was money. Service was really good and overall my 5 yo daughter gave it two thumbs up. We will be back!
Great service, delicious sushi and ramen, the best in the south for sure! I had the red Fuji ramen, and the broth was great! the medium spice overwhelmed the other flavors but they have tons of other combinations that I'll try.The noodles and pork weren't quite as good as the broth, but the overall bowl is still great. Nigiri is also good; fish is perfectly proportioned and good quality, rice has a subtle sweet flavour.
Service was horrible. Long breaks between server coming to table, food was spread out over an hour even though order placed at the same time. Wanted to order more sushi but they didn’t ever come back to ask if we wanted more. Never cleared dishes off table between servings, one server actually started to put the next dish on top of an empty one which had small sauce bowls on it. Never going back. ?
Great pricing, good variety of food. Wish their Bento boxes were available for dinner. I'm used to sushi with more flavour and missed my all time favorite the dynamite roll, but I lived. Waitresses are super friendly, although they seemed under staffed as it took a while to order. They had a big group and it was a Saturday that could had been the reason. You must try their fried ice cream! Its the perfect size to share and so yummy.
