Go for the club sandwich! Chicken made fresh to order!
I ordered 3 pcs of chicken and embutido with white rice. They said waiting time was 15 mins but it was more than that… I was waiting for 25 mins…. That’s why all the skip the dishes deliveries are always upset and frowning with u guys coz ur service is really slooow. You guys are losing ur customers coz we want efficient service and not slow. When you say 15 mins is actually 25 mins. Even if you call and order on the phone, by the time u pick up, the food is still not ready. So… for my order today, I saved the embutido for my lunch tomorrow for work. The fried chicken was okay but a little bit salty and the rice was so malata… it's like eating a lugaw. Come on guys… just a plain rice… u can't even make it right?? Don't u see it's malata… it's like lugaw. The Korean restaurant, Vietnamese, Japanese and Chinese restaurant can cook better plain white rice with you guys. Just a plain rice and u can’t even cook it right. What a shame?
The last order of chicken I ordered was super salty! The fries were half coated/battered and half not. I've eaten here once before and it was not like this at all. I will try it again, but not for a while. (I ordered 15 pieces and still trying to get through them because I cannot throw away food)
The WORST customer service I have ever come across!! Just got off the phone with the so called “owner” who served food that wasn’t prepared fresh. There were 2 different kinds of fries in our combo. The chicken was dry and the poutine was soggy even without the gravy which also lacked flavour.
Decent food but 20 mins actually means 30 so don’t be in a rush when you go to pick up

Knowing that this brand is a franchise from Quebec, I give it a try for poutine. Quite disappointing, the fries is not crisp and soft inside. Some of them are hard, feel like uncooked. Gravy is so so but the cheese is the most disappointing part, not sqeeky. Had fried chicken from them once, it was good. Just DON'T order poutine.
I usually don't go to the 130th location, only chose this location because I was in the area . Wow what a disappointment. Ordered 8 chicken strips. This place gives you a quarter of the size of chicken every other fritou gives you. Beyond pathetic. Never again will I be waisting money at this location. Sage hill and Strathmore are way better!
Ordered pickup yesterday around 5pm. Prices were average and so was the food quality. Fried chicken seemed a little overcooked and the skin/breading was very salty, the chicken meat was tender and juicy. Due to salt content, would recommend not eating the skin and just the meat, although that defeats the purpose of fried chicken. Ok place if there arent any other fried chicken locations near by.
A hidden gem in at South Trail Crossings shopping center. I had a few fried chicken from different places in town however, this Fritou location serves one of the best chicken in my opinion. Crispy in the outside, soft and tender in the inside , not to overly salty , seasoned well balance flavor of chicken and spices, always freshly made, hot when they serve. One tip ~ I recommend trying their sub menu e.i "Halo - Halo" you will be blown away with this desert.
