The portion sizes are inconsistent. People are paying good money for this food and it’s hit and miss here. We had a new employee tonight that missed ingredients in both bowls and finally settled for a sub standard bowl. Please train your staff or supervise them before putting them on the line.

Very disappointed with this location. Our family loves Freshi and is our go to for take out. Ordered 2 Meditteranean Bowls and craving Feta. Also a chia pudding. When I picked up order, had to remind girl that I had a chia. She put in bag. Got home, poured our wine for dinner only to find a half of a bowl. So little quinoa and veggies. I had 1 black olive!! Also, NO feta cheese in either of our bowls. We were hungry so made some bagels and cheese to fill up. Never again. Cochrane location is a million times better. Don't go or get new employees.

I had a very amazing experience at this location. Staff greeted me right away and provided great service. The bowl was made neatly and the store itself was very clean. I recommend this location 10/10 service
Do not order from this freshii on Skip the Dishes, I ordered a bowl and paid for extra crispy wontons... I received exactly 7.... The bowl also had about half the normal amount of food in it. Unless you are there to oversee the food being prepared do not get order from this freshii. It is a complete waste of money
