Doesn't live up to the name. Decided to give this place a second chance after a previously poor experience. Mediocre flavours and food is definitely not fresh. I don't know how someone can actually serve black avocado in a salad and think that's edible. I will stick to Wise and Wright- they actually serve fresh food!
I can't see how this brand is gonna make it. The cost to portion is pretty bad. I just paid $4 for a few slices of "steak". The broccoli was frozen. My last time going to Freshii.

I’ve had Mediterranean bowl for almost 3 years from all different locations across Alberta and this was the worst one I’ve had. All the veggies were not fresh at all and very soggy. The lettuce was spoiled and almost slimy. Also the portion sizes are almost 1/2 what you’d get at any other Freshii locations. Does NOT worth $15 at all. Not going to order from this location ever again.

I go there on a regular basis and the service is always excellent. The staff are very thoughtful.

While I frequent freshii often and appreciate their food, I must say there is astonishing ineptitude at this particular location. It would appear that either the employees are reworking Einsteins theory of relativity upon each order or simply have no idea what they are doing on their sales machines. It takes way to long, food comes out wrong, blank stares from employees, just pure apathy and incompetence.
