Good service but small portions at this Freshii. I've visited a few times hoping that it would be different but it seems like it's policy to give smaller portions at this Freshii. Seems like they are trying to cut costs for larger profits which seems sort sighted as customer's won't come back.
DONT GO IF YOU'RE ALLERGIC TO ANYTHING. Absolutely terrible. Awful customer service and incredibly rude. After ordering and asking for "no almonds" the staff member got the order incorrect 3x!!! they took short cuts and just picked out the almonds instead of not putting them in, in the first place. We called to inform them that there were almonds all throughout and she argued, was rude and defensive. Zero apologies. Thank God I am not anaphylactic or most certainly this would have been a very serious issue.
Staff are completely out of it, waited forever for our order. Huge line up, minimal portions. Ownership must tell them to make bare minimum.

Always come here to grab food after the gym, we like that it’s reasonably healthy and really tasty, my girlfriend especially likes the soft serve frozen yogurt with mango and strawberry.The bowls are great, Buddha satay with chicken is delicious. We also like the breakfast wraps and pockets, egg and bacon is really tasty.The chia coconut pudding cup and the energii bites are a nice sweet to go offering, they also have kombucha here!We don’t really like their soups too much, kind of bland to be honest.The service here though is absolutely incredible, the two girls who I regularly see in the mornings are so helpful and friendly, they know our order and are very quick with the food service/quick to make a pudding cup if they’re ever out.Would definitely recommend for a quick bite or a healthy frozen yogurt alternative to Marble Slab!
Tastes great, very convenient but often skimpy on portions. I recommend a different location
