What a place!! This brand new Freshii looks awesome and has great food to boot! I am celiac and always have no trouble whatsoever finding an amazing gluten free option
This location is my go to Freshii all the time don’t know if I’ll ever be back again after seeing this decayed avocado super disappointed seems like some owners of the Freshii would rather give you food that is decaying then lose five cents and throw it out
I’m eating at Freshy usually once a week I usually frequent the Mount Royal University location or west hills this location the bowl was half full maybe even less,check the picture. The other bowls are usually so full I can’t shake up the ingredients. I’ve seen a couple other reviews saying the same thing. When you’re paying $15 you expect to at least get a Provided bowl filled like it is at all the other locations
Have had a few issues with orders here before (slow, missed add-ons), but nothing like today. Ordered online and arrived at the store when my food was supposed to be ready according to the app confirmation. Waited 20+ minutes while the single staff member continued to take orders from guests who walked in the door after me. She barely acknowledged me, just said “two more orders before you,sorry”. I asked if they always prioritize walk-in orders over online orders, and she said yes. What if people keep coming in , would I just never get my food? When she finally served every other person in the building, including two guys who came in after me, got their food, ate and had left, she started preparing my order. But of course then she tells me one of the items (tacos) aren’t available…. I asked for a refund back to my credit card, which she didn’t know how to do, so she handed me back cash. It was the wrong amount (didn’t account for service charges and gst). It’s too bad this is one of the only places to get decent healthy take-out. Won’t be back.
Absolutely worst experience ever waited 30 MINUTES FOR AN ORDER. Only for her to say they are OUT OF WHAT I ORDRED. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT mobile order from this location. The one person who works there does not have the capacity (physically or intellectually) to handle more then 1 task at a time. She attempted to refund me but gave me cash in hand- and the wrong amount of cash. While my wife was waiting we asked how long it would take for our order, she informed my wife that she would take any persons order who walked in off the street before she started our mobile order. Well of course it was lunch and more and more and more ppl kept coming and she refused to start our order. She said it was their 'policy'. I literally have no idea how this franchise is still around based on all the reviews here. This place is the absolutely worst for customer service. They never have enough staff working.If you are willing to wait 30+ minutes, to find out your food is not available and be treated like absolute trash - this is the place for you!!!
I’ve had Freshii plenty of times and it’s amazing but this location is AWFUL!!! My bowl had 7 tiny pieces of tomatoes and was half full in comparison to what I’ve received before. With the tiniest dollop of sauce so this is now mostly unflavoured rice, canned corn and beans with some soggy chicken. Could’ve made that at home. For the price of the bowls that ridiculous. Will go to other locations from now on.
Impeccably clean, lighting fast service. Always a healthy choice for a meal. Only issue, three times my order did not have the avocado, even though I paid for it as a premium topping.
Do not order here if you have allergies/ celiac disease. I just ordered here from Door dash and not only was order wrong it was replaced with a burrito. I marked the order as a severe allergy, specified it was gluten/celiac disease and they clearly disregarded it. Food safety should've been #1.
First impressions, I thought this place was closed.The front door is smashed. The drink cooler had 4 drinks in it. It was dark inside and chairs were strewn around.One of the menu screens was off.Just overall a very unclean disorganized establishment. Based on the appearance of this place I wouldn't eat here, however I made my order online for pick up.The food was ok. I had a burrito but it had a couple beans stuck to the outside of my burrito. There are no beans in the one I ordered.I would never eat here or even want to go inside.When I was leaving I saw Costa Vida which is a respectable establishment. I wish I just went there.
I used to come here pretty often, but I’ve noticed that the quality of the food has gone downhill. Getting undercooked rice and wilted greens.It’s also perpetually understaffed, so if you want lunch at lunchtime, be prepared to wait forever while the one person working deals with the lineup.
