What a place!! This Freshii looks awesome and has great food to boot! I am celiac and always have no trouble whatsoever finding an amazing gluten free option
Fantastic food, always fresh, tasty & juicy produce. Smoothies are mouth watering n perfect for on the go while staying healthy...
Quinoa was crunchy and the price was expensive for 2 fast food salads.Only one employee who was busy and seemed annoyed to have customers interrupt the skip the dish orders. Go elsewhere would be my recommendation.
This was ok. I don't know if freshii has changed portion sizes, but this burrito seemed way smaller than normal.
Been ordering here for awhile. It's generally poor service, but good food. The franchise owner must be an extremely cheap person as there is never more then 1 person working. I have ordered mobile before and it's usually never ready or not started until I arrive. DO NOT MOBILE ORDER FROM HERE if you want a quick transaction. DO NOT TIP via MOBILE because it is not worth it because you will be waiting anyways. Generally plan for a 5-20 minute wait when ordering. Not sure who the franchise owner is for some of these locations but they clearly DNGAF about customer service. The food speaks for itself (healthy and tastes good, when the order is made correctly).
Forgot the chicken on the order, so I got to watch my family eat when we arrived for our picnic at the nature park. Had to drive back for them to remake it… wasn’t very good. I get mistakes happen, but the not fresh taste/texture seems unique to this location. All other freshii I have been at have been great. I wasn’t about to get them to try to fix it again, I’ll just not go back here.
Very unhappy with the quality of food and the pricing. It was first time at this chain and I was excited to try something new. The girl at the counter wasn’t very helpful and then ended up pointing to the name tout own sheets hanging on the clipboard. Most of the items wraps/bowls on the menu seemed to be between $8-$10. I filled out the form - and it tells you how many items to check off under options. I handed it to her - and she $18.88 - when I questioned why such a big price difference - she said because the protein is extra - and none of the items shown on the overhead menu have protein included. $18.88 for a quinoa bowl with chicken???!! Outrageous- I should have and wish I had cancelled the order right there. I proceeded and wanted to watch how these bowls were made. However, “Freshii” has decided to put all their advertising on the glass between you and the bar at eye level so you can’t see through to what they are doing. I thought the bowl would be mixed but it was not. The quality of the food was poor - the chicken was grisly (huge turn off) and the lettuce wilted. The lettuce was on the bottom (maybe because it was wilted) which seems to defy logic. The quantity was also poor - I think I got one olive sliced into 5 pieces and 1 slice of mango cubed into 6 pieces. The sesame seeds was a shake from a can - I shudder to think how much I paid for that!! I think I counted 4 bits of chicken (for $7??!!). I also did not have enough sauce to cover 1/4 of the bowl so was eating dry ingredients without any dressing. I would never go there again - if I’m going to pay nearly $20 - I will go for a sit down meal if pasta or steak. The least you could do when your name is “Freshii” is make sure your food is fresh!!!
Freshii is implementing a plan to replace cashiers with kiosk screens that are operated by employees in Nicaragua who get paid $3.75 an hour. You’ll literally be interacting with an cashier 6000 miles away. If you care about your country boycott Freshii before they set a dangerous and greedy precedence.
I usually order from the 130Ave SE location but today I was around this area and thought I would give it a try. I ordered the lemon grass soup and I didn’t like it all, it looks like they just add boiled water to the soup no taste it all. Less portions of protein and poor customer service. I don’t recommend this location. :(
Great for a fast ? lunch
