I've tried to visit this Freshii three times in the past month during its posted operating hours but it's been closed. Better to call ahead to see if it's actually open.
Used to visit this location when they first opened, won't be ordering here any more, noodles were soo soggy and chicken had a off flavor. Unfortunate waste of $10
Worst customer service ever, bathroom is also for staff only. So don’t expect to go eat there and use a restroom. Can’t pay cash but they sure have a cash tip jar….no wonder why there was nobody in there.
my workplace slammed Jen with a massive lunch order and she worked alone and had this order ready for pick up within the hour! She was amazing and catered to each individual need/requirement! This location was very clean and service was super friendly!
The place was empty and it took the lady around 5 minutes to greet me. Compared to the other freshiis the portion was very small and added way to much sauce. Won't be coming back to this location. Looking at the other reviews seems to be consistent thing here.
I did not feel welcomed or like the employee even wanted to be there. It was a very uncomfortable encounter. I got a wrap and it had very little flavour and next to no sauce in it. There is no cash payment available? And the new ownership is definitely not treating this place with love. I will go out of my way to go to a different freshii
I had a great experience here tonight! I ordered the spicy lemongrass soup which was perfect for the snowy weather. I was helped by Jenny she was very sweet and a great chef!
I normally always order the kids teriyaki bowl and it’s normally a decent size. I ordered two today for my son and his friend and it’s the smallest most pathetic amount of food. The sauce they gave for it isn’t even a tea spoon worth. This freshii has gone down hill badly
One of the worst experience ever. Walked in at 6:30pm, she said everything is sold out, only salad available. Out of avocado because of the BC supply problem, which I understand! Told them to separate the meat and chicken and replace it with tofu because this is for vegetarian. Both salads did not follow the instructions! Mixed bacon and chicken all together!!! Ordered two bowls of soups, both are cold. I guess they just did not expect any customers come at that time??? Because they close at 7?? But if you charge the same amount of money, I expect to have up to standard food and service!!
Large menu with tons of tasty veggie options. Great place for a quick healthy lunch!
