This has got to be one of the best experiences I've had in Calgary!! The staff was so friendly and the food, oh my it was AMAZING!! We got to experience authentic African food that was packed with so much flavour and culture! We tried a bit of everything and it did not disappoint! If you are looking for an amazing night out and want to try something new, I HIGHLY recommend this place!!
I’ve never had any sort of African food before in my life and this really opened me up to just how wonderful the foods of other cultures can be. The food was not my kind of food but honestly really good. It was a new experience for me (eating with my hands) but a fun one. Our server was friendly and the place is clean. Aside from the wait time being a bit long, I had a great time here.

It was my first time trying African food, I have wanted to for a long time now but I finally managed to convince my husband because I was buying ?I called to make the order with an idea of what I wanted and the gentleman on the phone was quite helpful and I felt that he wanted me to enjoy my first time. He asked me if I ever tried okra before probably because it is slimy so most people might not like it.Well I loved everything ? I would do this again and I definitely recommend this place. ? thank you for a wonderful experience.
Bright, clean interior accompanied by upbeat African music. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and will definitely eat here again.Had lunch here with a friend and we agreed that we enjoyed each bite more than the one before. Both our dishes were a bit spicier than we expected (he ordered 'Medium' and I requested 'Mild') but the spice didn't overwhelm the flavours. We each had a meat pie before our meals and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.The waiter was friendly and very attentive. The chef came out to check on us and told us about our dishes, about some of the culture and the way they're prepared.

The nicest people, best service and most incredible food in Calgary! There is nothing that the team cannot do. The soups are a must, the weekly specials are always incredible. And custom menus are so worth it for a special occasion. Thanks guys!
