I like Five Guys because they are for the most part consistent across locations and I can expect the same tasty meal. This location was great. The patties were cooked perfectly.
I ordered Cajun Fries and Hamburger for to go, but was given regular fries. A little bit disappointed.

Took my team out for a quick lunch, their choice…I’ve only ever been to one other Five Guys a while ago. Although the burger was tasty, one of the orders was for Cajun fries but he didn’t get them. The fries overall were not great period.The other issue was the price. $90+ for 4 people to have a meal. For the quality of the food and the style of restaurant this just seems grossly overpriced for what it is.I would have gotten better food and service for the same price at the earls across the parking lot.
Burger was either cold or I took too long to eat it... Wither way it was huge and tasty. And fries.... Wow... Fries were to die for. Usually I dip fries in either chipotle or ketchup but these fries were so juicy and tasty... I did not need any condominiums. And the free peanuts were the tastiest ever... Would come back again and again.
I haven't had good experiences with 5 guys in the past, but I thought I'd give them a try again as I was craving a burger for lunch.This was once again a disappointment.I visited at lunch so I was expecting a wait. This was a pretty quick lunch order, and I can't complain about the time it took to prepare my food. This was a good experience.The last time I ate at 5 guys my cousin bit into a fry that had a pebble in it and chipped his tooth when we complained the 5 guys employee said there's no way that could have happend and said we were lying. So I stopped going. This time, I did not get any fries.My complaint was in the quality of the hamburger I ordered and its packaging.I had ordered a bacon cheese burger and milkshake. The milkshake was good, with no complaints.The burger came wrapped in tinfoil that did not cover the whole burger and had started to unwrap.by the time I got back to the office (about 5 minutes away)I am careful.to.keep my food bags upright and steady when transporting as I've had accidents with food in the past.When I sat down and finished unwrapping the burger, I had to basically rebuild it as it had gone lopsided with all the content on one side of the bun. As I was rebuilding the burger, the bottom bun disintegrated as it was sooooo soggy and could not support the burger. I might as well have ordered a burger salad by the time all was said and done.This was my last visit to 5 guys. I can say without a doubt that my expirences.with 5 guys has been less.than stellar and that I can count on poor quality and service from.them. fool.me once shame on you fool me twice I'm never coming back!
Exactly what you would expect and what you would want for the price point.Using processed Kraft cheese is a joke but aside from that, the beef is always very tasty and the burger toppings are above average quality.The Cajun fries are always excellent and just hit different. I love five guys! Not the greatest burger you’ll ever have but exactly what it should be and I always feel I get good value.

My grandson and I had a sleepover last evening and he chose 5 guys for supper. We place our order through Skip the Dishes. He's particular about his condiments and ordered onlyketchup & mayo on his dbl cheese burger...it shows up w/onions & mushrooms, major no-no and after one bite its not going to be eaten by him, ever! He also orders a milkshake w/ oreo bits, I order a strawberry milkshake, my fave. We both got milkshakes w/oreo bits. Disappointing but I did enjoy, just wasn't what I had ordered. Thankfully the fries were something my grandson would eat as his burger was not edible for him. My hot dog was delish. Was anyone paying attention to what was ordered? I know its Sat.nite but seriously read the order, prepare the order as requested. My little grandson told me he doesn't want to order from 5 guys anytime soon. I agree, for the $ paid I thought I would get what I had ordered.
