I'm standing here waiting for my food as I write this. The employees seem to be having fun. Everyone is smiling and happy, they're cracking jokes to each other, and the experience is 100% fun and positive. They're still working hard, just with genuine smiles on their faces. It's refreshing to seeNo more ordering Skip from this location; I'm coming in everytime because the happy atmosphere is more than worth it
They have good burgers, fries, and milkshakes. You can also get free self-serve peanuts while you wait for your food. It's a great place to go with friends for a quick and satisfying meal.
It's Five Guys, what else is there to say.If you've never been, they have large burgers with good topping variety, made to order. Free peanuts (not sure if still during COVID), lots of Cajun fries in the bag, milkshakes.Five Guys generally is on the pricier end for fast food, and there are a lot of good restaurants in the plaza.But if you're in the plaza craving a burger it's this or the Walmart McDonalds (lol)
I my wrong or right! I waiting for my burger standing of front of counter and I had nothing else to do then watch while waiting! One lady came by to dress a burgers and I saw wearing gloves! ??Then went to clean tables with a bottle of spray cleaning products with the same gloves??? Did she use the same gloves to dress up my burger ???? ? ? I didn't eat the burger and left! It didn't look healthy to my eyes!
First time ordering. Burgers were huge! Their milkshake was so good!! Fries were unfortunately… very, very salty.
Really great hot dog, but music too loud, and could not hear or understand the woman serving with mask on, too many fries, it's a waste, and too expensive, my husband and I had 5 pieces of fries, the rest went into the bin.
Goooood Lord, so good!!!!!I was having such a miserable day yesterday. Stopped for pet food, and happened to see 5 Guys. Made my day. So perfect. Biggest weakness of 5 Guys is consistency. I've had great and bad throughout Canada and US. This is one of the best ever!! My first time at this location. Perfect. Just perfect. Will be back
The burger was juicy and very well made. There is extra fries at the bottom as well which was nice. The store aesthetic brings you back in time!
Denied dining-in coz they didn’t accept my ID on my phone. Fully vaxed and provided proof. Very unfriendly staff. As soon I made an argument two of them started to shout at me. But turned out to be good as we tried the nice Mexican restaurant nearby.
The burgers are ok, but the fries are regularly undercooked and gritty. All things being considered it just isn't a really good value for what you actually get.
