Overall a wonderful experience from this busy place. Food was great. The burger was delicious and not a small portion given the price. The price is excellent compared to most. Like really high quality for the price. I have one small complaint and that's one of my chicken wings had a big piece of something (paper?) Stuck to it and deep fried. A little more attention could have caught it. Nothing to worry about though a small blip I'm sure. Service was nice, but slow. I think there was a ton of conventions on so again not probably the norm. I would go back anytime.
An excellent place to grab lunch or dinner or a quick snack for any occasion if in the area. Food is very reasonably priced; and with many selections. An excellent atmosphere as well. Staff were polite, wait times for food were not long; and would come back again. Only minor comment is that the beef patty for the burger we had was definitely much softer than I am used to; as in; nowhere near the texture you'd expect in a burger from a fast food chain or anything; but that is not a downside for those who may like such a thing
Seriously impressive how they have managed to deliver a fantastic assortment of drinks and food while maintaining such a low price point. I always recommend other students to go there since it sits in the heart of Downtown. It has nice staff and a warm atmosphere. Always recommended this place.
Having been to the Warehouse on Queen in Toronto I was excited to try this place out. Very good food at insane prices. Great friendly staff, definitely will be back! The fish tacos were great, beef dip delicious but the star was definitely the wings! Really really good pub wing!
The Atmosphere is Fun and Energetic. Never a disappointment with the music always have something good playing. The Bartender Kevin is down to earth and always goes above and beyond for his customers. Thank You for an Amazing Service and hope to be back soon! Your a great Asset to the Company!
Been to els multiple times and it’s been great so far, went two nights in a row and the service was horrible both times. First night our waitress was rude and only served the men in big groups around us, got to a point where we had to go up to the server station and ask someone if we could pay, there was 3 of us and the service was so slow it took 4 hours for us to get 4 drinks and 3 food items. Second night the server was nice to start, we ordered a few drinks each to start and then food, after getting our last drink we waited and hour and 15 minutes for her until we asked a random employee for our bills because we wanted to leave and had saw her serve the table beside us 4 times since being to ours. She finally came back and ask if we were ready to go, when she brought us our bills they were wrong but we started to pay anyway, she then walked away and left us with the debit machine so we took matters into our own hands and went through the payment process without her there, then we left.
Went out with a friend - the drinks and food were both reasonably priced (for downtown Calgary) and they tasted great! Music was a little too loud, so I had to yell to talk but I will definitely go there again!
It's the best place to drink and eat. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is crazy. Best in calgary! I will definitely come back here when I get in Calgary again.
I don't usually give out bad reviews but this one I had to. Was there last night and ordered their calamari and Swiss mushroom burger. After about an hour, I started feeling terrible. Ended up throwing up all night and still feeling terrible. M not sure what it was but I don't remember the last time I felt this sick after eating somewhere. Obviously something wasn't maintained properly. Wouldn't recommend. And no such thing as covid protocol.. it was jam picked and people were seating extremely close to each other to a point where the guest behind me was constantly brushing against my back.
Imagine demanding a mask to enter a place yet being too cheap, inconsiderate or naive to be able to supply your customer with one who is happy and willing to wear it. What a joke.
