My Wife and I ate at Eats Asia at the Crossroads Farmer's Market. She had the Ramen Dish and I had the Fried Fish with Red Curry Sauce. The fish was really good, but the red curry sauce ruined the dish.My wife almost finished her Ramen and asked if I wanted to try - I did. OMG, way too salty.Does the Chef not taste any of the food ?
You gotta eat here!! ? A hole in the wall serving Asian fusion - Japanese, Filipino, Thai, Korean…….
Got the Bibimbap and spam musubi!! The bibimbap was so flavourful and the egg was perfectly runny! I really enjoyed the balance of creamiest from the sauces, crisp vegetables, savoury mushrooms, and juicy pulled pork. Highly recommend at the Crossroads market!
I will come back to try other items on their menu. I tried their Hawaiian chicken (similar to teriyaki) & Japa-tots. Ang sarap!! Very delicious!!
Amazing little stand in the crossroads market. They specialize in Asian street food. They do some items that incorporate different Asian cuisine... delicious. They have $3.50 spam musubi and 4$ onigiri. Their rice is amazing in their items. They also have lots of items under 5 dollars so you can try a few things for under 10$. They deserve more recognition for having scratch made items that are also creative.
Best sesame cold noodle we have found in Calgary so far. Flavorful and refreshing with a little kick of spice and good balance of veggie and yummy pork.
Had $12 Tonkatsu Ramen. Wasn't great but wasn't terrible. If you like ramen you may as well eat here but I wouldn't make a special trip for it.
I mean I need my fix from time to time. The veg rolls are great and ya I love the ramen.
Delicious! Hand pulled noodles! Can't wait to eat there again.
I had mine with the Thai Curry sauce. Tender chicken, tasty sauce, served over rice with pickles. Delicious...
