This place has changed over the years regarding the all you can eat pasta. But the inside of the restaurant is the same. The age shows a lot too, the seats are peeling and pretty gross looking. The food was delicious though , and the service was also great :)

It's honestly been years since I came to the restaurant because I thought it was closed, however the experience is still the same as I remember. You still get "all you can eat" salad and bread. The meal came out fairly quickly, however it wasn't very hot, was more lukewarm. Plus the server and the manager kept coming around the table every 5-10 minutes asking if everything was okay. I get that if you've been there for an hour or more, you want to turn over the table but we literally just got there and felt basically rushed until the end of the meal. I like to come to restaurants for two reasons: 1. The food and 2. I can have a conversation with someone and enjoy the ambiance and atmosphere. Now with each entree being $22 a plate, you'll end up dropping around $60 for two entrees and soft drinks. It's probably pressure from corporate, so I don't envy the management for being between a rock and a hard place. We're all getting squeezed at work for more "together".

Love their signature pasta so much. Food always done right. Their pasta called “Amtrak “ is amazing, jumbo shrimp pasta is divine , Italian wedding soup and their unicorn cotton candy smoothie for the kids are my family’s favorites. Not pricey and service is awesome as well...This place will be my weekly treat for my family from now on.

I took my son here for date night and it was our first time here! I was impressed with the different specials they had. The food we ordered was great and service was awesome! Thank you to our server Lily! we had a great time

Wish the service had matched the food! The food was fantastic but the service was somewhat lacking. The waitress never check on our drinks or the quality of the food. She also forgot to enter our apps before our meal. We saw where only when she was dropping our food off and dropping off our bill.

Five of us went to East Side Mario's for dinner. It was fairly quiet and we were seated quickly. It took us over two hours to be served our meals and finally leave. The food was good, but the service was extremely slow, having to ask two or three times for everything. They need to get their act together before we return.

A night out for some delicous pasta is always a good night. I don't usually go to chain restaurants but I do enjoy change now and again. The atmosphere is a fun look at with the Italian culture showca sing around the place, ie) the flags and the hanging vespa. The staff are friendly and patient but you have to be that in return. Our server forgot about us a couple of times even though it wasn't busy. I had to ask her for another water a couple of times. The food was delicious! I ordered the make your own pasta with spaghettini , arribiatta sauce, mushrooms and primavera vegetables. The only problem was they forgot my mushrooms. I told them this and asked the server to take it off my bill which she thankfully did. The food is flavorful and cooked to perfection. I love my pastas to be good and saucy. The salad had a good amount of dressing. And the dessert is perfect for my friend's birthday. It's delivery was with a song and its taste was satisfying to our sweet-tooths.All-in-all, this place isn't bad especially if you are hungry and budget-concious. The service was a little lacking but everybody makes mistakes. It also didn't help to have this stupid fruit fly bugging us. Never-the-less, I recommend this place to anyone who happens to be in the area. Bonne Apettito

The food was great, that's not the issue. The customer service is terrible! It took 10min to bring the order to curbside pickup. Used a gift card on the online order. It processed but it was not charged to the card. Went to the bank account instead. The fillipno manager for whatever reason was away in the Philippines and has covid symptoms, so can't leave the country. The acting fillipno filling in as manager could not have access or do anything to resolve. Their buts were covered that calling 5he restaurant they were able to refund the card.

Great place, great food in the location I went at Sunridge. The server was very nice and fast. Her name is Lily from Filipinas ?? it’s nice to go out for dinner and feel our home.
