We had a bad experience from where we were earlier so made a reservation for 9:00pm. Hostess did not seat us until 9:15 :( Mgr did offer a complimentary appetizer (plate of wings) for our table as a gesture of apology. Drinks seemed to take a little longer to arrive than they normally do so unsure if the bar was backed up. Other than that, good experience.

Amazing food but a bit pricey. We went to celebrate a birthday so it would have been nice to have a dessert on the house for them.
Earls pricing has gone up so much that we will not be the regulars we have been in the past. The portion sizes are notably smaller as well. We all tried to support restaurants during Covid but clearly Earls is not going to be on our go to list as it was before.
We booked patio and got there and patio was closed!
Earls Dalhousie is a typical chain. A bit overpriced but a convenient place to meet friends.
I do not appreciate the automatic tip totals only being calculated at 18%, 20%, 22%. This is a greedy tactic. Prices are already increasing and your staff want more tips for doing the same job/service. Theyâre already getting more because prices have gone up.
Lovely late lunch with my Mother and daughter. Service was wonderful and attentive. The food was good. The new tempura dish could have had smaller pieces and more variety. The new watermelon drinks were delicious.
Amazing Dynamite Rolls with amendment of sweet potato fries instead of prawn, watermelon sangria was super refreshing and SO good, like too good I could have have a lot more! Mackenzi was soooo nice and super accommodating to our table! Thanks for the amazing experience! I work at the dental clinic across the parking lot by Indigo.
The quantities have been reduced and the prices increased. It is notbthe Earls we have loved in the past. Service was great, however we waited 25 minutes to get our bill.
