Very nice reastuant. Great selection. STAFF very Good and friendly. Well worth a visit when in Calgary
Service was a bit slow. Did notice that the bus staff was working incredibly hard.
Planned to take our visitors to what was once our fave brunch spot before stampede, it was an absolute embarrassment. I donât know what has happened to Tin Palace but itâs nothing it used to be, I continue to go back to give it another shot but weâve learnt our lesson this time around. We quickly realized we didnât need our reso for the 4 of us that we planned for way in advance, upon arrival It was shockingly quite, we were catching up having good conversation and drinks w/ our guests so we werenât concerned by the wait until our server came and asked us âyou guys all ate your food already hey?!â Ummm, no.. manager came over to simply say âsorry your order didnât go throughâ & then once we did receive our order we werenât looked after by a server again, this went on from 11:30am-1:40pm until we eventually got the manager ourselves and let him know weâd be leaving b/c we were no longer being waited on or served by anyone. Sad to see what was once a popular spot in Mission so quiet, but the staff/how this location is being ran/the major âlack of looking afterâ is a clear reflection of why.
Everything was great. Atmosphere, service, food were all wonderful.
For three of us, the meal was excellent. However, my husband was not happy with his meal. He felt that for the price of the meal, it should have had more to it. It also didn't have much taste so he left half of his meal behind. The music level was also quite loud and made it difficult to have a quiet conversation. We all felt that we needed to yell to be heard. In our opinion, background music should be just that, in the background, not overwhelming our attempts at conversation.
I loved the experience I had at Earls on 4th. Extremely comfortable and pleasant place, and the service is sensational. Thank you very much Earls for the wonderful experience you have given me. I will definitely go again.
Best brunch - simple delicious !
Service was little slow. Food delicious.
We booked a reservation but wanted the patio which is first come serve basis, and when we got there we asked for the patio and the hostess said there werenât any available when clearly there were. We got done bogus response that we were just swamped, etcâ¦. Eventually one of the many hostesses went and actually checked and cleared the table. Open table said happy hour was till 6, but itâs actually 5. Our server looked annoyed to be serving us. We were out looking to enjoy our night, over $200 for 3 of us, at least the company was good. Earls is great if you donât care about service. Maybe Iâll try again in another 5 yrs.
Excellant as alsys!!!
