Food was very good and service was excellent. Staff were top notch. It was a little noisy but you weren't there long enough for it to be a real issue.
The food tasted great, however the fruit flies were overwhelming. Had to keep swatting them the entire time. Must have been at least 5 flying around our faces and food the entire time. Wouldnât go back to this restaurant. Sorry
Love this restaurant! The staff is so amazing and is so welcoming especially Roni! Thank you Roni for always making our experience fabulous!! We will see you soon!!
Over all very good effort from the staff. The back ground noise is a little loud when the restaurant is full. Food was good. A good experience.
Calamari crispy and way over done, reminded me of scraping the bottom of a chip fryer. Barely discernable any actual Calamari. And no, no one asked us if we enjoyed our appetizer Steak was good dynamite rolls were fine Seafood chowder was tsty but barely lukewarm Serving staff disorganized I remember Earls from the 2000s. A shadow of its former self
Amazing everything. Love the experience every time.
We were looking for a restaurant with a decent choice of meal options for vegans and found it at Earls. They have a section of the menu devoted to plant based eating. Such a refreshing change for a restaurant chain! Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were extremely attentive and knowledgeable about options. Highly recommend!
Dynamite rolls are excellent! Fruit fly infestation, not so much
I did ask staff about stuff in the menu and seem that they didn't know anything ....I did ask 4 different peoples.......not aware of brunch specials...mislead on promotions. Bad experience
we were at this Earls location last night for my birthday dinner. had not been to a Earls in quite some time and was looking forward to it. first off, the food has gotten so expensive, the service was ok. we ordered a appetizer which came the same time as our meal, that was not a big deal, everyone's food was ok, we had a couple of cocktails which we didn't enjoy, but that was a personal preference. they were clearing our plates when people were still eating and as soon as the last plate was cleared the hostess came with our bill, we never saw our waitress again. we felt like they were trying to hurry us out. the restaurant was not busy. no one asked if we wanted dessert, um, it was my birthday I would have loved dessert, no coffee or tea was offered. when the hostess brought our bill I was frustrated with the experience and we just left.all in all it was a weird experience, very disappointing as it was a birthday dinner and I would have loved the opportunity to have a piece of cake, we felt rushed outâ¦
