On behalf of Debra and myself, would like to commend the amazing staff at Earls Kitchen & Bar in McKenzie Towne. We were there for dinner with Deb's granddaughters on Friday, August 12th and from the moment we entered the lovely young ladies that were hostessing engaged in conversation with us and made a special point of singling out the little girls - aged 2 and 6. Thank you Soleil, Alexis and Ramina for the drawings you made for the children.. Also, our waitress Janelle was charming and not only was the service prompt, the food was delicious and she as well, conversed with the young ones. Kudos also to Adam, the Assistant Manager, who came by to inquire about the service and again very personable and engaging. I had never been to this location before Friday, and can honestly state that Earls employees are some of the friendliest and most professional I have met. I hope that these individuals are recognized for going above and beyond the extra mile to ensure we were treated as though we were of value, and not simply paying customers. You all made our evening that much more positive and again, many thanks and fond regards from Cindy, Deb , Hayden and Mila.
Very good, seating uncomfortable, food and presentation good
Great food and selections. Service was a bit slow but it was also busy.
My girlfriend & I went for some patio time at lunch. This Earls has the nicest patio, thatâs off the lounge. The unfortunate part though is that they allow children on this patio. They have a patio over in the restaurant side, but they always sit children over here. We had a table of 2 ladies with their 5 kids under the age of 3 across from us. They were screaming, banging their utensils, to the point we couldnât even hear each other talk. I love this Earls, but would enjoy it a lot more , if they didnât allow kids on the patio by the lounge. The food was excellent as always, as was the service.
Friends in town
Everything was just meh. It feels more and more that the food quality is slipping. Food was drenched in sauce and just disappointing in general. I used to really enjoy Earls.
One of our favorite places, usually really consistent - though they recently increased all their prices quite substantially and and it seems like the portion size decreased. It couldâve just been an off couple of visits, but our portions were pretty skimpy to pay way more for less food. Overall, still really good, just disappointed at the changes.
Took friends for dinner the whole experience was terrific thank you to all the staff for making our evening so enjoyable
Our server was great. Fast and efficient. Had the salmon with rice. Was very good. The broccoli stems they served were hard and tough. Couldnât eat them. Prefer the broccoli flower rounds.
Music was way to loud. Drinks were watered down with to much ice. Husbands steak was tough mine was gristly. Potatoes had little or no garlic. Vegetables were cold. We will not be back. Nothing like our previous experience.
