excellent service and best drinks.
I am highly disappointed for this time.The service usually is good and the ambience of store is good and the taste is awesome, for that I am happy to give 5 stars but Today near around closing time my friend got brown sugar pearl with milk where he strictly mentioned for less ice that is 50% still we got 100%, my throat is not that good, the first time I went there I mentioned that and we got good service and trusted again and this time for such a service I don’t think so we would recommend it to anyone. I can’t even go back as it closed nor I can drink it as my throat hurts due to more cold.
They have very good teas and the staff is very very nice and friendly. They have a punch card so you get free beverage after 5 purchases. Nice and cozy space to sit and chill
Cute little boba shop, with the friendliest staff! Everyone was so nice. The drinks we got tasted good, but could have used less milk/stronger tea flavour.Overall a great experience, though!Edit: To clarify, I ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea. It was delicious, I just like it stronger.
Poor service. Double charged. Bought a milk tea tonight. Credit machine technical error, they asked me to tap again. After 10 mins I saw 2 charges from my credit app. Went back to ask for refund. They said: we can’t do anything. YOU need to email the manager. We just work here. I asked: if there a better way to handle this? I got charged twice. Replied: YOU need to email manager, it’s technical error. Just want get my double charge money back. How much time you need to refund $7.10.
Very interesting bubble tea shop but they added too much milk which overpowered the brown sugar flavour.
-The interior is adorable, and the overall atmosphere is amazing and clean-The staff are extremely friendly and complying with Covid protocols, thank you!-In terms of the menu items, the drinks are very visually appealing and there is a wide variety of unique options available to choose from. The prices are reasonable for the sizes as well. Out of the flavours I tried they were not completely to my taste and I didn’t like the texture, but I still enjoyed them. :)Overall a wonderful experience that I totally recommend!
Made a take out order and 2/2 items were wrong. First I was sent someone else's drink and second the drink that was in my order was incorrect (I asked for no ice). Otherwise, taste is decent and the pearls have good chew. I just don't think the price is worth the hype, personally.
Very creative and aesthetic bubble tea drinks here. The cotton candy one was both tasty and pretty to look at :)
Huge selection of drinks, just made a quick stop before heading out of the city. Not too busy that night, so we had our orders done quickly. Hope to try the other drinks soon!
