Right from when we walked in the service was slow. Do not get the skillets they are over priced and small. Server took forever to come get order. Bring food. And bring bills. They forgot to make drinks as well. It just wasn’t good at all. Don’t think I’ll be back.
Denny's is a long-standing staple for many but still warrants a review when you receive above and beyond food and service.Starting with Manager, Jiwan, greeting patrons with his warm welcome and charisma to how observant and mindful he was of any potentially accessibility needs. From where I was seated to how prompt he signaled for things to be taken care of, you feel valued and appreciated as a customer.Then there is the stellar service from server, Rachelle. She noticed I am pregnant, made great recommendations and answered questions thoroughly about the menu. She even worked with the back-of-house team to ensure everything was conducive to a pregnancy diet and helped me round out a healthy meal.The food was delicious and everything from ambience to cleanliness was perfect. The quantity OMG. The chicken wings was really good. Genet recommend sauces on the side which we really liked as we got our own choices. Pancakes really soft and good.
Perlita served me today. She went above and beyond to provide for my extra requests. The service was prompt and the food came quickly.
Fast and sharp. From the moment we were greeted by Paris who was enthusiastic and welcoming to us. Genet B in particular was a delight! Her memory on out orders was extraordinary and we really appreciated how the servers passed by us to check in with a pleaser joke and warm smile. The service was professional, courteous and authentic.
I had lunch yesterday. It was incredible experience with server Jessi. She suggested me to try their milkshake which was awesome.I have no words to explain my feeling. I feel happy that visited this location on my birthday. They really make made my day happy.Definitely visit again!
Breakfast was fresh and delicious! Rachelle was great, made sure coffee was hot and topped up, food came out quick and I’m sure we’ll be back. Highly recommend - busier than I would have expected but still lots of room. COVID barriers are still up which was nice for noise reduction - always nice when you can easily chat with people at your table.
Stayed over at the Sandman West. Had back to back meals (dinner & breakfast) within 12 hours.Overall, food and customer service were good.Wait time at the dinner (on a weekday 7:30pm) was longer than expected but not too bad. Could have used an extra server but I don't know anything about scheduling.Overall it was a pleasant experience. Will recommend.
Love coming here with the family. Genet is the best server. An absolute pro at her job. Remembers everything. Knows exactly what the table needs before we even need it. Thank you for always making our visits perfect!
We were super lucky to get Genet at as server this morning. The dining room was crazy busy and she was incredibly attentive and took incredible care of us! Food came out extremely quickly and was absolutely delicious. Genets service really pushed our experience over the top definitely worth making the drive to this location!!
