First time going to this Dairy Queen and will be my last too!!!! How can anyone f#$* up a burger and onion rings?? Well, they sure did. Onion rings were rock hard and cold, burger was luke warm and stale bun.Never go to this location!!!!!
I ordered from here on July 10th from Skip. The medium fudge chocolate shake had a rancid whip cream, my sister was having a sip and then she told me to taste it. We were not able to figure out why the shake tasted weird then my sister tasted whip cream it tasted rancid. Did not they smell the rancid smell while they were making a milkshake. I had to throw away whole milshake. After two days even my milkshake tasted like rancid. This is a serious mistake!!
The drive thru always takes an eternity. Definitely order inside if yoy can. 3 cars ahead, 25 min waits
Had a drive thru experience. Ordered shakes. It was good. A bit on pricey side but good.
This Dairy Queen is the best in Calgary. Even if you live across the city, come to this dairy queen it’s worth it. They make their food with ? good fast service friendly staff and very quiet
Great fast food. The caramel sundae is amazing. Service is awesome. Staff are always friendly and to the extra mile. The only negative is that they don't accept AMEX.
Fast service and good food. If you have trouble hearing however, I suggest you don't use the drive thru. The speak system at the drive thru is not very clear and it can be hard to understand what the worker is saying.
A quiet place very clean and the staff members are so kind and helpful ! They aked me to have a seat with my kids and they will bring me my order to the table , it's a small attention but as a mom its made my day easier. Highly recommand this location
Such great customer service. I have celiac and one of the employees took it upon himself to make sure that the burger was not close to an gluten, made sure he washed his hands. Great burger!
The service is good... Very courteous.. the young adults who work here really are taught well on good customer service.. and that is actually quite important to me. Having lived in the states for 5 years where there really is "no" customer service - it's a joy to go to this location.
