Nice staff. They weren't knowledgeable about the ability to upgrade beverages to Blizzards with combos, which is something other locations can handle. Also, the ladies bathroom is designed so that one stall can see into the other pretty well. Other than that, it's a good location.

Bought 2 blizzards and paid with my credit cards tap function, the employee turned away and didn't see the transaction complete but when she returned to the screen she said it hadn't gone through and needed to pay again, I questioned her to check but she again insisted it didn't complete, another employee (I assume the manager) came to check, she also said the sale didn't process. I grabbed my smartphone and showed both my TD App showing the sale at their location. After talking amongst themselves in their native tongue the 2nd employee finally started printing past transactions on the register with my sale being the last. Not sure why they kept insisting I didn't pay even with proof. I'm glad the register is the only honest aspect of this location.
Delicious. Me and my sister got the brownie dough cupfection (I think thats how you spell it) 10/10 would recommend. The staff was really nice too.
This place has been making my blizzards with the same perfect quality since 2008 when I moved to the area. I just want to thank your entire team for their hard work and phenomenal service :) keep it up guys! God bless you
Update. I was given a call and it was made right!! Thanks for listening.This is supposed to be a medium oreo blizzard with extra oreos!! I dug through it and found no oreos. Barely crumbs. This cost me $8.00 from the Sandstone location in Calgary. Awful. And to top it off the website won't work to submit a review!!!!! Don't bother going here.
I feel ripped off13 bucks for a burger, fries and drink.The burger was barely bigger than a mcdouble and the amount of fries was minimal. The drink was half flat and food barely warm.
Terrible service! Especially drive thru order was completely wrong as well as the person taking the order at drive thru was dead silence for a while then did not know how to take my order or even what was on the menu I was asking for. Seems like just a place to hang out for employees! Change my mind!
They say just 1 minute until my pickup order is ready... 8 minutes later its done.. id appreciate them telling me a more accurate time. Shouldn't be hard things always take the same amount of time to cook. The whole idea of a scheduled pick up time is for the order to be ready and not make the courier wait. Perhaps resto should request more time to prepare their difficult menu.
Really happy friendly staff. We used the drive through which was quick and easy.The icecreams where delicious as always.So nice to see the staff smiling and genuinely happy through the window, as I waited for my order
