The most cheapest serving of ice cream. Bought a $6 ice cream but just gave a small portion of ice cream and few oreo crums on big cup. A very disappointing experience in this location.
Wow! What a great experience at this location, the staff were so polite and helpful, they had no problem writing a birthday greeting on my daughter's ice cream cake and it looks fantastic! Also was surprised to find out that the ice cream cakes are much cheaper here than the Shawnessy location. Better service and better prices... This is my new go to location, thanks ladies!
Very disappointed with how poor their customer service is. I pre-ordered thru Skip the Dishes and called the store to change the delivery time, the lady said okay and just hung up on me. I called for the second time for the same reason, but then I was surprised when the lady told me that the time the Skip the dishes have on their order form was 12:00 am. I told her that on the email confirmation sent by Skip, it was between 12:15 pm to 12:45pm but she insisted that on them it was really at 12am and she cannot do something about it. She cannot even do a manual correction on the time? She instructed me to call Skip instead and tell them that it was a glitch on their system. Honestly, I can't figure out why Skip gave me the confirmation with the correct delivery times and NOT on their end.I asked if I can speak to their Manager or Supervisor instead to have it sorted out, but according to her her Manager wasn't around and she doesn't have an idea when her Manager will be in their store again.So I ended up cancelling my order to them and placed it to another DQ Branch where my pre-order was properly confirmed and handled.

Went to go get blizzards and they say they closed at 10 and got there before 10 and the store was closed. Annoying
Better pricing and overall quality than shawnessy, couple mixups with skip orders but over all been far better than the other one near by.
My boyfriend and I have gone here multiple times, never had a problem! Always great blizzards.
The Silverado Dairy Queen in Calgary has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We have gone to many DQ locations and never had issues. The girl and the counter didn’t speak English, didn’t want to take a valid coupon and sent us to Shawnessey. The people right behind us, also left due to the staffs inability to fulfil their food order. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Been here twice and will never go again. Both experiences were horrible. Most recent one was tonight and I ordered two blizzards and they ended up giving me one with missing toppings and the other as milkshake! I then said “no I ordered a blizzard” and they confirmed I did then preceded to make my blizzard with the strawberry milkshake.... oh and they also decided to serve the order for the customers which ordered after me before even making mine. The one employee was also doing nothing while the other one took orders.
