They'll take your order, but don't expect them to be friendly or offer any communication beyond a nod of acknowledgment that you've said anything. "Hello" and "thank you" would be helpful. I've been here many times. Might as well just install a vending machine instead.
We ordered a sheet cake for a gender reveal and stressed multiple times that we wanted it to be a surprise to the person picking it up and that it would need to be covered. When my wife went to pick it up, the employee told her the gender. Completely ruined the surprise.
I waited 15 minutes for the female employee to come out of the back room to serve me. She had no interest to serve me and what I wanted she said she does not have any more. I do not believe she was telling the truth. What a waste of time. Thursday March 24th at 4:45.
It's only a cool treats location. However they had very limited items in hand to make a blizzard. The customer service was more into reading a book and looked inconvenienced as we asked if they had certain flavors available. If you don't want to have a disappointed child in your hands - I wouldn't go here.
The teenager working left her mask under the chin the whole time making blizzards, rolled her eyes when we requested lids.
