I was waiting for my wife in the mall this afternoon to get her hair done. I decided to grab a quick drink while I waited. I want to give a big shout out for the young man serving us. As I lined up, I noticed that he was the only one working. Even though there was a line, he never got rushed or flustered. When it was my turn to order, he calmly asked how he could help me. I gave him my order for a Julius and he proceeded to make the drink correctly and quickly. I asked him if he was all alone there and he replied yes but that is fine. Never a complaint or a negative word. He had a right to be as some customers were less than polite to him. Great employee and deserves to be recognized ?
Ladies on duty very unprofessional rude behaviors don’t know how to talk with the customer Dairy Queen is a good company but like this stop mix so sad I just buy three drinks I waited 15 minutes outside counter I asked no one is here she said I am alone I can’t do nothing about it see you don’t feel sorry to make customer waiting 15 minute no single thank you nothing management team really love this lady‘s customerI will never come back this store if this lady work there I don’t know her name she didn’t have a name tag no mask
Staff don’t wear masks. While working on my order the staff member left her mask below her chin. Why is this so hard to get?
Clean place, parking space available whenever I go, good service and employees follow instructions well
Worst customer service
There was 5 people bumping into each other like they didn’t know what they were doing. Didn’t even mix the blizzard. Made the ice cream before burger and poutine was even made so melted everywhere. Won’t go back to that location
