Was assisted & served by a very polite young lady. Other staff were quite courteous too. DQ is my go-to place for birthday cakes ?

I will be honest, I didn’t realize what I was ordering and yes this is an ice cream place, i didn’t know this place doesn’t do the deep fried chicken. Just “rotisserie style” chicken bites, basically salty rubbery chicken I’m pretty sure she heated in a microwave. About a minute after I ordered I realized what it was and asked her if I could change it, her response was “no the payment already went through so…” I’m fairly certain I caught her before she started the food so nothing would have to be thrown away. Also they do not serve fries? They should have refunded for the chicken or given me the option of something else on the menu. I’ll either be going to a different location or Wendys next time.
Staff was very rude, my order was cold and raw and when I tried to return it I was told they couldn’t do that. I’m not sure what kind of training is offered at this location in food handling and customer service but I will be avoiding it from now on. If ZERO stars were possible I would give them that.
Agreed with the other reviews. Blizzards simply have no toppings. Just a cup of soft serve and squirt of flavour.
After eating here my life has changed. I've been eating ice cream everyday ever since discovering this location. Ice cream has taken over my life. All i see and dream is ice cream. My wife and children have left which is good because now i can eat more icecream without having to feel judged. 10/10 !!

Ordered a strawberry Blizzard and paid extra for skor. There were 3 crumbs of skor on top. Also spoon was jammed all the way into the large Blizzard so only a cm of spoon was visible. Messy and unsanitary. Worry if they are not washing hands when jamming it in. Won't order from this disgusting location again.
