Great customer service
My ice-cream came melted and the people there were very lazy. The ice cream was still good though.
nothing better than a dairy queen peanut buster parfait on a hot day, unless it's a chocolate dipped cone, or strawberry sundae, or a dilly bar! aw heck Dairy Queen rules summer.
Don’t listen to Mr. Entitled in the previous comment, wanting staff to bow down to him at 3pm on a Saturday while they’re most likely too busy to confirm if his order is gluten free and vegan. Probably never worked in a mall a day in his life. And don’t listen to Mr. Buys Hot Food at an Ice Cream and Smoothie Place and Calls it Subpar, the heck??This location went above and beyond for a second year on a custom birthday cake. They are the only location in the northwest that doesn’t charge extra for adding an image and they have the most options for icing colours and lettering. A++ for making ice cream like you’re known for, can’t speak for your hot food and patience of answering 100 questions during a weekend rush This location deserves better reviews.
I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this is only for the employees you have working for you over the weekend around 3pm. Rude, inconsiderate and do not know how to speak politely to customers. If the customer is unsure on something or asks for just a bit more of something then guide them and not be rude. I wasn’t the only one there at the time who wasn’t impressed. Teach your employees manners, and to speak respectfully with the customer.
